Project Scope:

The City of Lubbock purchased the former Citizens Bank building located at the intersection of 14th Street and Avenue K in downtown

Lubbock, Texas. It is a concrete structure with 11 stories above grade, a basement, an adjacent 2 level annex, a 5 level concrete

Construction Activities

Construction site traffic control barricades, fencing &

gates are checked daily.

Safety remains highest priority; personal protective

equipment (PPE) and tie-off harnesses required.

Main Lobby, “Main Street” Corridor & Vital Statistics:

Stone veneer/large format wall tile & final polish on

terrazzo floors complete; ceiling & lighting continues;

millwork commences.

Council Chambers: Dais millwork, platform & sur-

round, ceilings, audio/video rough-in & lighting con-

tinues; solid surface tops and acoustic fabric wall

panels begin.

Tower Lobbies: Lighting, exit signs, wood feature

walls in progress.

Tower Restrooms: Final plumbing fixture connec-

tions commence; mirrors in progress; accessories

Tower Floors: Solid core wood doors & hardware
