Belgium with Daniel Lack
By Nicole Lack (his sister)
Daniel Lack is travelling to Belgium and
will be meeting the Prince of Belgium. His
twin sister catches up with him to tell us all
about it.
Nicole: What are you looking forward to
most?
Daniel: Meeting the Prince of Belgium and
getting his autograph. Meeting the family
dog! (LOL!!)
Nicole: What is this all about?
Daniel: In the 1st World War, Germany at
Flanders Fields and 2014 is 100 years since
the 1st World War started.
A month ago, the Belgium children gath-
ered up the soil hundreds and thousands of
soldiers died in and me and 69 other chil-
dren are going to Belgium to commemorate
since the 1st world War and me and 8 other
children get to meet the Prince of Belgium at
the Ceremony and hopefully get his auto-
graph.
Nicole: How long are you staying for?
Daniel: 4 days including travelling.
Nicole: Who will you be going with?
Daniel: My Dad.
Nicole: Why are you doing this?
Daniel: the same as what this is all about

this?
Daniel: It is very important because only
20 school children are going to Belgium
and only 10 meet the Prince.
Nicole: Are you doing any important
things? If so, what are they?
Daniel: Yes, I am going to the Ceremony,
meeting the Prince and getting to meet
year six girls from a school in Belgium.
