WE ARE IN PHASE II Dear Parishioners, A new phase in the way we gather and celebrate together as a family of God, has been authorized by the Diocese of Tucson. As in Phase I, these points will continue: · Sunday Mass obligation is suspended for everyone living or visiting the Diocese of Tucson until further notice. · Those in the vulnerable classification, (age 65 + or with a chronic health condition) are strongly urged to remain at home and not
come in Parish property. · You must be aware of certain inherent risks despite age or health in attending any public event, which you must accept them in
choosing to return to church. · All the Masses will be live streamed through www.icyuma.com and our Facebook page @ Immaculate Conception Catholic Parish. · For all Sunday Masses, Communion for those in-shelter will be distributed in the back of the church in the parking lot, right after
each Mass.
OUR FACILITIES - Changes that will begin with Phase II · Pews and bathrooms will be disinfected between Masses. · The church will now hold 30% of the regular capacity due to regulation for social distancing. For every Mass we are going to
admit only 175 people. Once we are to the full capacity, we will ask you to attend the next scheduled Mass. · Pews not in use are marked for no seating, so you will know best where to sit. Ushers will be available to help you assign your
seating. Please respect and listen to them. For the best use of the space, we are encouraging every household to sit together. (People living in the same house)
CONGREGANTS · All people older than six years old coming into the church are required to wear a face mask. · In walking from the parking lot to the church, in entering the church, while you are in the church and in leaving it, you always
must practice social distancing (six feet of space)
LITURGICAL CELEBRATIONS : SUNDAY MASSES · Communion will be back at the proper time with the following regulations: There will be not a Communion procession; rather,
remain in your place until the Eucharistic Minister gets to your pew and invite you to receive Communion. · Communion will be given only on the hand.
DAILY MASSES Daily Masses will continue from Monday through Saturday, 7:00 am in Spanish and 8:00 am in English. They will be at the main Church and both, by live stream and with public attendance. Since Masses are very close from one another, those attending Mass in Spanish, at 7:00 am, please enter through the Blessed Sacrament Chapel and sit only in the northern side of the church. (In front of St. Joseph) Those attending English Mass, enter through the door on the school side and sit only on the southern pews of the Church. (in Front of the Blessed Mother).
ADORATION Adoration will be for an hour on Thursdays beginning at the end of the 8:00 am Mass with public attendance. It will be live streamed as well. If you are remaining for adoration, please stay in the same pew. If you are coming just for adoration, please sit behind the mark posted for that reason. All people need to leave the church after adoration.
QUINCEAÑERA (XV’s Anniversary of life) At this Phase, Quinceñeras are allowed with the same regulations of Sunday Masses. Only the Quinceñera and her parents are allowed to process through the aisle.
BAPTISMS A total of 20 people are allowed in each baptism celebration.

All Masses are at Immaculate Conception Church. IC Church has been implemented with an air-purifier.

aviso. · Aquellas personas vulnerables, (mayores de 65 años o con condiciones medicas crónicas) se les pide encarecidamente que
permanezcan en sus hogares y no vengan a la parroquia. · Ser conscientes de que hay riesgos inherentes, sin importar edad o salud, al asistir a eventos públicos, los cuales ustedes tienen
que aceptar al decidir regresar al templo. · Todas las Misas serán transmitidas en vivo a través de www.icyuma.com y en nuestra página de Facebook “Immaculate Conception Catholic Parish”.
· En todas las Misas de Domino, se seguirá distribuyendo Comunión para los que han decidido quedarse en casa, al final de cada Misa, en el estacionamiento, por la parte trasera de la iglesia.
NUESTRAS INSTALACIONES : Cambios que comenzarán con la Fase II · Las bancas y los baños se desinfectan entre cada Misa. · La iglesia solo se ocupará en un 30% de su capacidad debido a la regulación de la distancia social. Solo se admitirán 175
personas en cada Misa. Una vez que esté a su capacidad máxima, vamos a pedirles que atiendan la siguiente Misa programada. · Las bancas que no se usen estarán marcadas, así que usted sabrá donde si se puede sentar. Los acomodadores estarán
disponibles para ayudarlos y asignarles un lugar. Favor de respetarlos y escucharlos. Para un mejor uso del espacio disponible, le suplicamos a los miembros de cada casa que se sienten juntos. (La gente que vive en la MISMA casa)
CONGREGANTS: · Las personas mayores de 6 años que asistan a la iglesia se les requiere el uso de máscaras. · Al caminar desde el estacionamiento hasta la iglesia, al entrar a la iglesia, mientras estén en la iglesia y al salir de la iglesia, se
debe mantener el distanciamiento social (seis pies de espacio) CELEBRACIONES LITURGICAS: MISAS DOMINICALES · La distribución de la Comunión volverá a su tiempo propio, con la siguiente regulación: No habrá procesión de Comunión;
permanecerán en sus bancas hasta que un Ministro de la Comunión vaya hasta sus bancas y los invite a comulgar. · La Sagrada Comunión solo se dará en las manos. MISA DIARIA La Misa diaria continuará de lunes a sábado, 7:00 am en español y 8:00 am en inglés. Las dos se celebrarán en la iglesia principal. Por su cercanía en horarios, los que atiendan la Misa en español a las 7:00 am, favor de entrar por la puerta de la Capilla del Santísimo y sentarse sólo en las bancas del lado norte (lado de San José) Los que atiendan la Misa de las 8:00 am, favor de entrar por la puerta del lado de la escuela y sentarse sólo en las bancas del lado sur (lado de la virgen María). ADORACION La adoración al Santísimo Sacramento será de una hora, los jueves empezando al final de la Misa de 8:00 am, con la asistencia del pueblo. También se continuará enviando por internet. Si usted continúa después de Misa con la adoración, favor de permanecer en la misma banca. Si viene después de Misa, siéntese después de la marca puesta por esta razón. Todos deben de salir de la Iglesia después de la adoración. QUINCEAÑERAS En esta fase, las Quinceñeras son permitidas con las mismas regulaciones de las Misas de domingo. La procesión será permitida solo para la Quinceñera con sus padres. BAUTISMOS Un total de 20 personas será permitido para cada bautismo.

No puede permanecer en la iglesia después de la confesión, (La penitencia hágala en casa). Domingos 7:00 a.m. Inglés (Solo para personas en buena salud mayores de 65 años) 10:00 a.m. Español 1:00 p.m. Español 4:00 p.m. Inglés Todas estas Misas serán en la Iglesia principal de la Inmaculada Concepción. IC ha sido implementada con un purificador de aire.
Nuestra Señora de Guadalupe permanecerá cerrada para Misas regulares. Solo se usará para Bodas y Funerales con No más de 20 asistentes. The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults is designed for adults who consciously and freely seek the living God and wish to enter the way of faith and conversion as the Holy Spirit opens their hearts. It is a series of Rites conducted in the context of learning about the Catholic faith and spiritual formation, through which a person is fully, incorporated into the Body of Christ the Church.
Adults Who Have Not Been Baptized and who wish to enter the Catholic Faith are invited to participate in RCIA.
Adults Who Have Been Baptized and would like to complete their Christian Initiation by preparing for and receiving the sacraments of Confirmation and/or First Communion are also invited to participate in RCIA. Dear parishioners, the $1,000 raffle was moved to December 12th due to low ticket sales. We need your help. We kindly ask you, our parishioners, as you have in the past, to help us sell the raffle tickets.
We need of your time and ask that we Work Together as a Family in Christ to make this event a success. Please consider picking up an envelope that will contain 8 tickets at $5 per ticket. At the end of each mass, there will be volunteers outside distributing envelopes. You can also pick up an envelope
at our IC office. The envelopes will be collected on all the Sunday masses on November 29, 2020; if sold prior, please return at the IC office. This event is to help with our parish needs.
