TPMS-Empfänger montieren.

Vor der Montage des TPMS-Empfängersmuss die 2LINK-Box installiert sein, sieheMontageanleitung 695469.

Je nach Anwendungsfall können Sie den TPMS-Empfänger an das ATC oder eine Energieversor-gung anschließen.1. TPMS-Empfänger (1) zwischen der 2LINK-Box

und einer Energieversorgung (ATC, 12-VoltBatterie) montieren. Beachten Sie die Kabel-länge.

2. 2LINK-Kabelbaum aus der 2LINK-Box ziehen.

3. 2LINK-Kabelbaum in den TPMS-Empfänger(1) stecken.

4. Ein Ende des TPMS-Kabelbaums (2) in denTPMS-Empfänger (1) stecken, das andereEnde in die 2LINK-Box stecken.

5. Kabelbäume fixieren.

Wenn kein ATC installiert ist, muss die Spannungsversorgung direkt über den 13-poligen Ste-cker hergestellt werden:

TPMS-Sensoren montieren1. Druck vom Reifen ablassen.2. Reifen von der Felge montieren.3. Reifenventil oder alten TPMS-Sensor von der

Felge demontieren.4. Ventilloch und den Rand der Felge von ätzen-

den Stoffen und Schmutz reinigen.5. Ventilkappe (4) vom TPMS-Sensor (3) ab-

schrauben und Schraubenmutter (5) lösen.6. TPMS-Sensor (3) von innen in die Felge ste-

cken.7. Schraubenmutter (5) auf das Ventil setzen und

mit einem Drehmoment von 4 Nm festziehen.8. Reifen auf Felge montieren. Darauf achten,

das der TPMS-Sensor (3) bei der Montagenicht beschädigt wird.

9. Reifen befüllen.10. Ventilkappe (4) auf das Ventil schrauben.11. Rad auswuchten.

Installing the TPMS receiverADVICE

Before installing the TPMS receiver, the2LINK box must be installed, see installa-tion instructions 695469.

Depending on the application, the TPMS receivercan be connected to the ATC or an energy supply.1. Install the TPMS receiver (1) between the

2LINK box and an energy supply (ATC, 12-voltbattery). Please note the cable length.

2. Pull the 2LINK wiring harness out of the 2LINKbox.

3. Plug the 2LINK wiring harness into the TPMSreceiver (1).

4. Plug one end of the TPMS wiring harness (2)into the TPMS receiver (1) and plug the otherend into the 2LINK box.

5. Fix the wiring harness in place.

ADVICE

If no ATC is installed, the power supply must be connected directly via the 13-pin connector plug:

Installing the TPMS sensors1. Release the pressure from the tyre.2. Remove the tyre from the rim.3. Remove the tyre valve or old TPMS sen-

sor from the rim.4. Clean the valve hole and the edge of rim of any

corrosive substances and dirt.5. Unscrew the valve cap (4) from the TPMS sen-

sor (3) and loosen the screw nut (5).6. Insert the TPMS sensor (3) into the rim from

the inside.7. Place the screw nut (5) on the valve and tighten

to a torque of 4 Nm.8. Mount the tyre on the rim. Make sure that the

TPMS sensor (3) is not damaged during moun-ting.

9. Inflate the tyre.10. Screw the valve cap (4) onto the valve.11. Balance the wheel.

ADVICE

Install the other TPMS sensors in thesame way.

ATTENTION!Ne pas faire passer les flexibles et les câbles sur des angles tranchants !Utiliser une protection des bords !

Ne pas faire passer le faisceau de câbles sur des pièces mobiles ou très chaudes.Ne pas faire subir de pression, de traction ou de cisaillement au faisceau de câbles.Ne jamais fixer le faisceau de câbles à la conduite de frein.

Monter le récepteur TPMSADVICE

Avant le montage du récepteur TPMS, laboîte 2LINK-Box doit être installée, voir lanotice de montage 695469.

Selon le cas d’application, vous pouvez connecterle récepteur TPMS à l’ATC ou à une alimentationen énergie.1. Monter le récepteur TPMS (1) entre la boîte

2LINK-Box et une alimentation en énergie(ATC, batterie 12 volts). Respectez la longueurde câbles.

2. Tirer le faisceau de câbles 2LINK de la boîte2LINK-Box.

3. Brancher le faisceau de câbles 2LINK au ré-cepteur TPMS (1).

4. Brancher une extrémité du faisceau de câblesTPMS (2) au récepteur TPMS (1) et l’autre ex-trémité à la boîte 2LINK-Box.

5. Fixer les faisceaux de câbles.

ADVICE

Si aucun ATC n’est installé, l’alimentation en tension doit être établie directement via la ficheà 13 pôles :

Monter les capteurs TPMS1. Relâcher la pression du pneumatique.2. Démonter le pneumatique de la jante.3. Démonter la valve de pneumatique ou le cap-

teur TPMS de la jante.4. Nettoyer le trou de valve et la bordure de la

jante de toutes les substances corrosives et dela crasse.

5. Dévisser le capuchon de valve (4) du capteurTPMS (3) et desserrer l’écrou (5).

6. Enficher le capteur TPMS (3) par l’intérieurdans la jante.

7. Mettre en place l’écrou (5) sur la valve et serrerà fond avec un couple de 4 Nm.

8. Monter le pneumatique sur la jante. Veiller à ceque le capteur TPMS (3) ne soit pas endom-magé lors du montage.

9. Gonfler le pneumatique.10. Visser le capuchon de valve (4) sur la valve.11. Équilibrer la roue.

ADVICE

Monter les autres capteurs TPMS de lamême manière.
