Architectural inspirations were drawn from the glorious

Renaissance châteaux in the Loire Valley and intricate

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN FEATURES

The architectural plans and elevations place an emphasis on symmetry and proportion. Facades have been thoughtfully detailed and sculpted to include symmetrical arrangements of doors and windows, extensive use of pilasters, niches, and recessed archways.

Bold features such as oriel windows, cornice moulding bands, and frieze details highlight and accentuate each exterior. Front elevation facades are sculpted in stone cast and stucco. Careful attention has also been given to exterior embellishments, such as ne wrought ironwork, decorative sconces, and coach lights.

CONSTRUCTION METHODOLOGY
