Challenges for a single church• The Ministry needs a committed few• A coordinator and budget coaches

need to be available• Too much for one church to take on? • Scope for churches to work together


The Central Barnet Money Ministry

• As many churches within our deanery as want to can work together

• We need a few committed individuals to share the work particularly in helping to coordinate and administer the ministry

• Budget coaches• Each church can contribute committed

individuals• Other churches can join later if they want


Opportunities for each of our churches

• Provide individuals for the core team• Host money education sessions within the

congregation• Host money education sessions for the

community• Offer budget coaching by trained budget

coaches from our church or a sister church to our congregation and the community

• Preaching and teaching on money• Talking about budgeting for stewardship

purposes

• Take this proposal back to your clergy and PCCs

• Ask for volunteers for budget coaching• Ask for volunteers to help administer and

coordinate the ministry• There is training and support for all this work
