According to God’s Word, being part of a church family is important. The selection of a Bible teaching, Christ-centered church home is vital to spiritual growth. Our mission as a church is to be a people who increas-ingly know and love Jesus Christ and from joy in Him are continually seeking to make Him known until He comes again. We invite you to be part of our church family and experience the love of Christ through His people.

How Do I Join? At the close of each worship service, the Pastor will extend an “invitation” for anyone who would like to trust Christ for salvation, become part of our church family, or make any other spiritual decision. Simply walk to him and he or another counselor will assist you with your decision.

IRONMEN MINISTY Our Ironmen Ministry ministers to the needs of the widows in our church by assisting them with household and building projects. If you are interested in serving in this important ministry, contact Ray Pelland at 863-557-2658.

BUILDING DEBT RETIREMENT We have GOOD NEWS! The percent-age of our regular mortgage payment that is being applied to interest each month is down to 12% of the payment. That means that 88% of the monthly payment is being applied to the principal balance. Praise the Lord! Wouldn’t it be wonder-ful if we were able to retire the debt on our building by the end of the year? We are so grateful to those of you who have faithfully continued to give pledges on a monthly basis to be applied as extra to the principal balance, which has helped us reach this point. If you haven’t been giving to this worthy cause and wish to begin, please write a check (separate from your tithes & offerings) and indicate that it is a pledge for building debt retirement. Please remember that 100% of your pledge payment goes to the principal balance. As always, your generosity in carrying out the ministry of The Church On The Hill is appreciated.

ART OF MARRIAGE VIDEO EVENT AT THE CHURCH ON THE HILL The Art of Marriage is a 6-session video event that weaves together expert teaching, real-life stories, humorous vignettes, and more to portray both the challenges and the beauty of God’s design for marriage. Join us at The Church On The Hill on Friday, October 2 and Saturday, October 3 for this 2-day video event! TODAY is the last day to sign up in the Welcome Center! A registration fee of $50 per couple is due at the time of registra-tion. Childcare will NOT be available. For more information, contact Matt or Connie Duxbury.

CHURCH BUSINESS MEETING There will be a church business meeting on Wednesday, September 30 at the conclusion of the worship/Bible study. All church mem-bers are encouraged to attend.

PRESCHOOL VOLUNTEERS NEEDED We need 4 more volunteers to serve in our Preschool Ministry on Sunday mornings. You would be put on a rotation to serve about once every 3 months.
