WHAT’S NEW

CCJ takes its environmental responsibilities very seriously. There are ongoing initiatives for water conservation, energy saving and waste recycling to reduce the club’s environmental footprint. There are safeguards in place to minimise our potential of polluting the natural environment. We monitor the latest environmental legislation and ensure the Club is legally compliant.

However, one of our key objectives is to enhance biodiversity through the protection of indigenous fauna and flora on Club property. The outcome is environmental havens at both Auckland Park and Woodmead which can be enjoyed by members and their families for generations to come.

Did you know that you can top-up your pre-funded account from your mobile phone or smart device?

My Club Account is an online payment portal offered to CCJ Members that can be accessed from a computer or smart phone device. This service is available to top up your pre-funded account, pay subscriptions or pay your hotel and functions account in real time from anywhere 24/7.

STEP 1: CONFIRM IF YOU ARE REGISTEREDLog onto www.myclubaccount.co.za/ccj. Click on “AM I REGISTERED“ button, type in your email address and validate that your email is registered. If yes, we have found your email registered on our database. You will be diverted to the “forgot password“ page to reset your account and re-gain access. If not, we have not found your email registered on ourdatabase. You will be diverted to the registration page where you will register your account and activate your login.

STEP 2: VALIDATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP ON MY CLUB ACCOUNTWhen successfully logged into: www.myclubaccount.co.za/ccj, if you see the status is “VISITOR“ you will need to validate your membership by clicking on the “VALIDATE MEMBERSHIP“ button and entering your name, surname and member number EXACTLY as it appears on your member account statement.

STEP 3: MAKE YOUR FIRST PAYMENTWhen successfully logged into: www.myclubaccount.co.za/ccj, select which payment you would like to make.“TOP UP“ to top up your pre-funded account or “CLUB PAYMENTS“ to pay into your subscriptions account or your hotel and functions account. Once you have made that selection, fill in the amount you would like to pay and select your payment method. You will then be re-directed to a payment gateway, to finalise the payment. You will then receive a confirmation email which will notify you the payment was successful.

CLUBCUB

As a family-orientated club, CCJ works hard to provide events and activities that cater to every family member. The young ones are encouraged to participate in a variety of sporting disciplines, as well as fun events such as the camp-outs and family fun days.

The age at which children can qualify for CCJ membership is 12 years. We are therefore launching a sub club exclusive to children aged 4-11yrs called CCJ Cubs. The objective of the CCJ Cubs programme is to give more structure and cohesion to the various activities and events on offer to this age group. The cost is R200 once off fee. When the child turns 12 they will need to apply for full membership. If the Parents or grandparents end their membership the Cub’s membership will also end.

Parents can register their children at either of the clubs reception desks. Their photograph will be taken for their exclusive CCJ Cub Card which will also carry their name and birthday.
