Angela Adams | VICE PRESIDENT-COMMUNITY RELATIONS, GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF SOUTHEASTERN WISCONSIN INC. Angela Adams is passionate about helping to transform the lives of individuals

and driving transformation change initiatives for organizations seeking to

achieve big goals and dreams. As vice president of community relations at

Goodwill Industries of SE WI and Metro Chicago, Adams is the driving force

behind the vision, strategy and new operating model that supports the

organization’s renewed focus on community engagement. She is a member of

Professional Dimensions, Milwaukee Chapter of The Links, Milwaukee Women

Inc and the African American Leadership Alliance of Milwaukee. Adams has

received the Wisconsin National Guard Partnership Award for her volunteer

efforts leading a Family Readiness Group. She holds a master of arts degree

in strategic communication and leadership from Seton Hall University and

a bachelor of science degree in business administration from Florida A&M

University. She resides in Milwaukee with her husband, Ron, and their three

daughters.

Peggy Ann | CEO & OWNER, LIFEMOVES LLCPeggy Ann is the CEO and owner of LifeMoves LLC, a concierge move

management company based in Milwaukee. She had a dream of becoming an

artist in Paris, which instead led her into a life of manufacturing. Thirty years

later she purchased that company and delved into a startup and then did

become an artist in Paris at age 53. She says she learned to thrive with the gifts

of PTSD, ADHD and dyslexia and has never stopped dreaming. Today at 66 she

noted that she never plans on retirement. “My doors have just started to open.”

Jezamil Arroyo-Vega | BUILDING CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR, DEPARTMENT OF NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES, CITY OF MILWAUKEEJezamil Arroyo-Vega is building construction inspector at the Milwaukee

Department of Neighborhood Services and brings an academic and professional

background in urban planning, architecture and project management. She

has dedicated her career to lead development projects, housing resource

programs and youth development programs identified as part of neighborhood

stabilizations initiatives and she has administered federal funds and private

financing with the management of more than $64 million in investment along

with implementation of projects that respond to neighborhood revitalization

needs. She is the only woman and Latinx building construction inspector with

the department. As a recognition of her record of leadership and work ethic

fostering integrity and collaboration, she was honored in 2019 with Milwaukee

Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award. Arroyo-Vega is the mother of two

children and loves cycling, yoga and visuals arts.

Roxanne Baumann | DIRECTOR GLOBAL ENGAGEMENT, WISCONSIN MANUFACTURING EXTENSION PARTNERSHIPRoxanne Baumann, director Global Engagement, WMEP, is an accomplished,

high energy, global business strategist with 25+ years manufacturing global

business management in Canada, Europe, Latin and South America, Australia,

and Asia Pacific. She managed the International Parts & Accessories and

Licensed Products division of Harley-Davidson Motor Co. In 2009 she launched

Wisconsin’s award-winning ExporTech™ program, developing expansion

strategies with over 200+ Wisconsin manufacturers. Baumann received the

2018 national award for Advancing International Trade and is a 2019 Milwaukee

Business Journal Woman of Influence. Engaged on many boards, she is a leader

Wendy Baumann | PRESIDENT & CHIEF VISIONARY OFFICER, WISCONSIN WOMEN’S BUSINESS INITIATIVE CORP. In her 26th year at the helm of WWBIC, Wendy Baumann is an internationally-

recognized leader in microenterprise, small business development, financial

capability and social enterprise. In her long and rich career, Wendy has

focused on advancing opportunities for women, racial minorities and lower-

wealth individuals. She has pioneered business incubation, capital access

programming, financial capability and economic literacy initiatives in Wisconsin

and advanced many through national channels. With her leadership and vision,

WWBIC has grown from a $200,000 budget with a staff of two, to a $7.2 million

organization with 57 staff members, five regional office, and a rural satellite

office. Over 30 years of impact, WWBIC has directly lent more than $67 million

in micro and small business loans with a current loan portfolio of $21 million and

560 active borrowers. Baumann holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and

sociology from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a master’s degree in

exceptional education.

Denise Beaulier | CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER®, THE LUEDER FINANCIAL GROUP, NORTHWESTERN MUTUALDenise Beaulier is a Certified Financial Planner® with the Lueder Financial Group

of Northwestern Mutual. She specializes in the approaching and retirement

phases of financial planning and has a national practice with offices in

downtown Milwaukee and Brookfield. She made this career change later in life

to pay forward the financial planning advice she and her husband received from

their own Northwestern Mutual adviser from the time they were in their early

20s. Denise and her husband have two sons who have graduated from UW-

Madison and an exchange son who lives in Bolivia. Beaulier is passionate about

investing in those around her. She mentors new financial advisers that join the

firm, serves in her community as president of the Waterford Tennis Association

and volunteers with Big Brothers & Big Sisters and St. Thomas Aquinas in

Waterford. Beaulier enjoys outdoor activities including tennis, skiing, biking

and running.

Elizabeth Benz | VICE PRESIDENT GOVERNMENT RELATIONS AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, NETWORK HEALTHElizabeth Benz currently serves as vice president government relations and

product development at Network Health. She is an accomplished insurance and

health care executive with more than 15 years of experience. She spent the first

10 years of her career in Florida and in the northeast quickly climbing the ladder

and became a vice president at a Fortune 500 company by the age of 29. Born

a Wisconsinite, Benz returned to her home state in 2011. She now serves on the

boards of Wisconsin Women in Government and Luther Manor. Her volunteer

pursuits include her parish and the executive leadership team for the American

Heart Association’s Go Red for Women 2020 event. Benz is an avid runner and

loves spending time with her husband and four children.

Courtney Birmingham | DIRECTOR OF MARKETING, POTAWATOMI HOTEL & CASINOCourtney Birmingham has more than 16 years of experience in casino,

entertainment and hospitality marketing. In her current role as marketing

director at Potawatomi Hotel & Casino, she oversees a full in-house marketing

team consisting of Sponsorships, Media, Creative, Public Relations and Account

Services. Birmingham’s focus is on strengthening the casino’s brand image,

coordinating all marketing initiatives and generating excitement through

guest communications. Additionally, Birmingham also serves on the Associate

Board for City Year Milwaukee and Young Wishmakers of Wisconsin. Prior to

joining the PHC team in 2015, she worked at casinos in Atlantic City, NJ and

Connecticut.

Danielle Bly | VICE PRESIDENT-SUPPLIER DIVERSITY, WE ENERGIES Danielle Bly was promoted to her role as vice president-supplier diversity for

WEC Energy Group in January. She is responsible for directing the company’s

diversity activities, fostering corporate relationships with suppliers and

contractors, area business and local government. In addition, she works in the

community facilitating proactive, mutually beneficial relationships with business

advocacy groups and women- and minority-owned and operated businesses.

Previously Bly was director of credit and collections for WEC Energy Group

which included remittance processing, revenue protection, field services and

low income/medical condition. Bly holds a bachelor’s degree in business

administration with HR emphasis from UW-Whitewater and serves on the board

of directors of The Milwaukee Urban League and the Advisory Council for

Milwaukee Film-Black Lens. She is also a member of Professional Dimensions,

TEMPO Milwaukee, The Links Inc. and the American Association of Blacks in

Energy. In June 2014 Bly was recognized as a Woman of Influence-Community

Janette Braverman | EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF EXTERNAL PARTNERSHIP, CARDINAL STRITCH UNIVERSITYJanette Braverman is the first African American County Board supervisor for

Ozaukee County. She also serves on the county’s Health and Human Services

Committee and the Economic Development Board for the city of Mequon. She

is the author of “10 Reasons Communication Brings Transformation: Unleash

Your Greatness.” Her professional experience includes positions in government,

academia and spans more than 20 years in the information technology and

manufacturing industries. She has pivoted seamlessly across industries. Most

recently she served as the Dean, College of Business and Management for

Cardinal Stritch University, and is now the Executive Director of External

Partnerships, establishing key community partnerships across all colleges and

for the university. She was the receipient of a 2018 Milwaukee Business Journal

Woman of Influence award for being an inspirational community leader. She is

the owner of Leaders Leaving Legacies LLC.

Christy Brown | CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, GIRL SCOUTS OF WISCONSIN SOUTHEASTChristy Brown is chief executive officer of Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast,

a large council with more than 37,000 girl and adult members. During her

tenure, Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast has moved up to second in overall

girl market share out of 112 councils. She was one of two CEOs selected to

serve on the GSUSA’s Movement Strategy Advisory Team. Previous roles have

included vice chancellor for finance and administrative affairs at UW-Milwaukee,

executive vice president and general counsel at Milwaukee Area Technical

College and vice president and corporate counsel at Lutheran Social Services of

Wisconsin and Upper Michigan Inc. Brown is a director for Northwestern Mutual

Series Fund, a trustee at Carroll University, and a member of the Downtown

Rotary Club of Milwaukee, Association of Women Lawyers, TEMPO Milwaukee

and the International Women’s Forum. She earned her B.A. from Stanford

University, and a J.D. and M.A. at Duke University.

Marybeth Budisch | PRINCIPAL, SABLJAK & BUDISCH Marybeth Budisch is a principal at Sabljak & Budish. As a longtime fund

advisor at Greater Milwaukee Foundation she worked connecting with donors

to increase their passion for giving and organizations to help increase their

impact. Budisch has more than 30 years of nonprofit experience. She serves

on the Medical College of Wisconsin’s Cardiovascular Advisory Board and

the Wisconsin Philanthropic Network’s Membership Committee

Anna Burish | ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR & FINANCIAL ADVISOR, THE BURISH GROUP/UBS FINANCIAL SERVICESAnna Burish is associate director and financial advisor at The Burish Group

of UBS. Her role includes leading operations of the team, as well as serving

individual clients. She has been with UBS Financial Services Inc. since 1994,

serving in different branches throughout the U.S., including Los Angeles,

Denver and Chicago. Burish is passionate about giving back and currently

serves as a board member for Overture Center Foundation, Maydm, and the

advisory board for American Family Children’s Hospital. She holds an executive

masters in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison

School of Business and a bachelor of arts degree from Whitman College. She

and her husband reside in the Madison area with their American bulldog, Sam.

Their daughter lives and works in New York. Burish enjoys snow skiing, eating

and being a test cook for the magazine, Cook’s Illustrated.

Brenda Campbell | PRESIDENT & CEO, SECUREFUTURESBrenda Campbell is president and chief executive officer of SecureFutures,

formerly Make A Difference – Wisconsin, a for-purpose organization focused

on teen financial empowerment. Campbell has extensive leadership experience

in the areas of financial literacy, education, workforce development, and child

welfare. Campbell is passionate about empowering women as leaders and

serves on the boards of Milwaukee Women inc and Professional Dimensions.

She was a Milwaukee Business Journal Woman of Influence award recipient and

under her leadership, Make A Difference - Wisconsin has been recognized for

excellence in the nonprofit sector.

Katrina Cravy | KEYNOTE SPEAKER AND MEDIA TRAINING COACH, KATRINA CRAVY INC.Katrina Cravy is an Emmy award-winning TV reporter and show host veteran

who has become one of the most trusted names in southeastern Wisconsin.

With more than 20 years in front of the TV cameras, Cravy is now a keynote

speaker and media training coach. Her workshops and one-on-one training

sessions prepare teams and executives to move a message by becoming better

public speakers. She is the author of “On Air – Insider Secrets to Attract the

Media and Get Free Publicity,” and you can hear her Friday mornings on WKLH-

FM (96.5) with Dave Luczak. Cravy loves engaging with an audience, almost as

much as she loves her husband, their son and their two cats.

Justice Rebecca Frank Dallet | WISCONSIN SUPREME COURTJustice Rebecca Frank Dallet was elected to the Wisconsin Supreme Court in

2018 and to the Milwaukee County Circuit Court in 2008 and 2014. Prior to being

elected to the judiciary, Justice Dallet was appointed the first female presiding

court commissioner for Milwaukee County in 2007. She served as a state and

federal prosecutor from 1996 to 2007. She graduated summa cum laude from

The Ohio State University in 1991 and Case Western Reserve University School

of Law in 1994. She and her husband, Brad, have three children.

Danae Davis | EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, MILWAUKEE SUCCEEDSDanae Davis is executive director of Milwaukee Succeeds, a collective impact

initiative of the Greater Milwaukee Foundation, with a mission of ensuring

success for every child in every school in Milwaukee, cradle-to-career.

Previously, Davis was CEO of PEARLS for Teen Girls, diversity affairs director

at MillerCoors, director of diversity management and work/life program at

Kraft Foods, director of the Department of Employee Relations for the City of

Milwaukee and legal counsel for the Governor of the State of Wisconsin. Davis

earned her B.S in political science from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh

and a J.D from UW-Madison. Davis chairs the board at StriveTogether.

Coreen Dicus-Johnson | PRESIDENT & CEO, NETWORK HEALTHAs president and chief executive officer of Network Health, Coreen Dicus-

Johnson directs the corporate development and strategic direction specializing

in growing provider-health plan relationships and cultivating health care

literacy. With over 20 years of experience in the health care industry, she brings

studied leadership and a history of proven results to Network Health. Prior to

joining Network Health, Coreen served as president, Central Market at Wheaton

Franciscan Healthcare, part of Ascension. Current board appointments include

Habitat for Humanity Fox Cities, JP Cullen Advisory Council, New North Inc.,

Waukesha County Community Foundation and Wisconsin Association of

Health Plans. She serves on committees for area organizations including the

Jennifer Dirks | PRESIDENT & CEO, TEMPO MILWAUKEEJennifer Dirks is a communications and public relations executive with 25

years of corporate and agency experience. She joined TEMPO Milwaukee

in 2014 as its first president and CEO. In her role with the organization of

professional women leaders who hold CEO, executive and leadership positions

and emerging women leaders, she is responsible for the development,

implementation and execution of TEMPO’s strategic direction. She was named

a Milwaukee Business Journal 2018 Woman of Influence and an Executive

to Watch in both 2018 and 2019. She currently serves on boards of Thrivent

Financial and PEARLS for Teen Girls and also served as the 2019 co-chair for

the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee Celebrating GIRLS event. She is

active in various organizations including ACTS Housing, UPAF and Milwaukee

Women inc. Dirks holds a bachelor of science degree in mass communications

from Illinois State University.

Kristin Ruethling Dufek | VICE PRESIDENT, EPPSTEIN UHEN ARCHITECTSKristin Ruethling Dufek, AIA, ACHE, LEEDAP, is vice president of Eppstein

Uhen Architects in Milwaukee and leads the firm’s health care practice. She is

responsible for assuring the strategic and development objectives of the firm

are met and for establishing and developing client and employee expectations.

She has been with EUA for 16 years, and has been an integral part of the firm’s

growth as Milwaukee’s largest architectural firm with more than 240 employees

in Milwaukee, Madison, Des Moines and Denver. Dufek holds a bachelor of

science degree in pre-medicine from the University of Notre Dame, and a

master of architecture degree from the University of Wisconsin. She is a

licensed architect with nearly two decades of experience advising and

partnering with health care organizations in transformative strategic planning,

facility programming and master planning, design and construction. She is

active on several boards in the Milwaukee area.

Alicia Dupies | SENIOR VP, STRATEGY & GROWTH, CAPRI COMMUNITIES Alicia Dupies is a highly-regarded leader with 20+ years of experience across

diverse geographies, sectors and roles with a focus on strategy, community

affairs, workforce development and business development. Dupies has a

successful record developing innovative strategies that deepen relationships,

enhance communication, strengthen reputation, and deliver business and social

outcomes for all stakeholders.  She is currently senior vice president of strategy

and growth for Capri Communities, a developer and operator of more than 20

senior communities across southeastern Wisconsin. Previously, Dupies was

vice president of corporate social responsibility and executive director of the

Milwaukee Bucks Foundation during the planning, design and construction of

Fiserv Forum. In that role, she leveraged the team’s commitment to Milwaukee

and our city’s youth, working closely with MPS and the city of Milwaukee to

establish MENTOR Greater Milwaukee. While with Mortenson Construction,

Dupies led the strategy around developing a customer-centric business

development model.

Angela Eslinger | VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS, DIRECT SUPPLYAngela Eslinger leads operational strategy and execution for complex projects

at Direct Supply, a leading national provider of technology, equipment and

services to senior health. From humble beginnings as a front-line customer

service agent, Eslinger quickly worked her way up into the executive ranks,

leveraging grit, resilience, creativity and compassion. Recognized within her

company as an outstanding contributor for almost 15 years, her reputation

precedes her and she was recently named one of the Milwaukee Business

Journal’s 2019 40-under-40 winners. Eslinger further serves as the chairman

of the board for the LindenGrove Foundation and executive sponsor for Direct

Supply’s Women’s Initiative Network. She is also the mother to two children,

who make her second full-time job of parenting as rewarding as it is chaotic.

Raquel Filmanowicz | DIRECTOR, U.S. COMMUNITY AFFAIRS, BMO HARRIS BANKRaquel Filmanowicz is the director, U.S. Community Affairs for BMO Harris

Bank overseeing Wisconsin, Indiana, St. Louis, MO and Rockford, IL districts.

In this role she has accountability for developing integrated community affairs

plans that includes strategic philanthropic outreach. She works closely with

the bank’s executive team and heads of major business lines, bankers, staff,

marketing, corporate community and sponsorships to facilitate execution

of integrated community affairs plans. Filmanowicz is currently board chair

of Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee, board member of Children’s

Hospital of Wisconsin Foundation, United Community Center and Captain

Frederick Pabst Mansion, Inc.

Virginia Finn | CHIEF DEVELOPMENT OFFICER, YWCA SOUTHEAST WISCONSINGinny Finn is the chief development officer for YWCA Southeast Wisconsin

where she leads strategic communications and fund development. For nearly

a decade, she served as executive director of ABCD: After Breast Cancer

Diagnosis, a Wisconsin-based national breast cancer support services

organization. An attorney with 20+ years of consulting experience, she has led

business development and fundraising efforts in Connecticut, New York City

and metro Milwaukee. Through her firm, Athlone Consulting LLC, she works

behind the scenes to design ways to support private philanthropy and civic

engagement. She currently serves on the boards of the National Breast Cancer

Coalition and LIFT Inc., a youth development field hockey program, and is a

member of the MCW Cancer Center Advisory Board’s leadership team and

Ascension Wisconsin’s Institutional Review Board. Finn earned a bachelor of

arts degree from Coe College, a master of arts degree from Purdue University

and her JD from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

21 Lilith Fowler | EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, HARBOR DISTRICT INC.Lilith Fowler is the founding executive director of Harbor District, Inc., a non-

profit organization dedicated to revitalizing Milwaukee’s industrial waterfront

and surrounding area. Past roles include the executive director of Menomonee

Valley Partners, where she helped launch an award-winning redevelopment

effort, and a decade as a full-time mom. She has served on the boards of

Milwaukee Riverkeeper, the American Civil Liberties Union of Wisconsin, the

Avenue School Fund. Fowler grew up in San Francisco, and has a bachelor’s

Tami Garrison | COMMUNITY AFFAIRS, MOLSON COORSTami Garrison oversees hometown Community Affairs for Molson Coors. In

her current role she is responsible for community investments, partnerships

and the company’s corporate reputation in Milwaukee, Chicago and Golden,

Colo. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Milwaukee Parks

Foundation, TEMPO Milwaukee, the United Performing Arts Fund and the

Zoological Society of Milwaukee. Garrison was recognized in 2017 by the

Milwaukee Business Journal with the Woman of Influence Award. She was

also selected as one of the “Top 100 Power Brokers” in 2018 and 2019 by

Kristin Godfrey | MARKETING EXECUTIVE, CAPTIVATE MARKETING CONSULTINGKristin Godfrey is a marketing executive with over 15 years of experience in

B2C marketing, focused on hospitality, travel, and real estate. Her company,

Captivate Marketing Consulting, focuses on being a marketing advocate for

small- and medium-sized businesses. She has worked with organizations

including Levy Restaurants, Funjet Vacations, the Lowlands Group, Hospitality

Democracy, and Prospector Partnership, among others. A 2019 selectee as a

Milwaukee Business Journal 40 Under 40, Kristin has been dedicated to the

community through organizations such as Repairers of the Breach, Milwaukee

Patti Gorsky | PRESIDENT & CEO, MAKE-A-WISH FOUNDATION OF WISCONSINPatti Gorsky, president and chief executive officer at Make-A-Wish Foundation

of Wisconsin, has been working for 20 years to help ensure that all medically-

eligible children in Wisconsin have their one true wish come true. Gorsky’s

efforts have grown the chapter to 400 wishes granted annually, with an $8

million plus budget and solid endowment. She is a respected leader in the state

and within Make-A-Wish America. More than 7,000 wish kids and their families

can attest to the power of a wish come true since the chapter was founded

in 1984. Gorsky says her greatest professional accomplishment is serving as

Wisconsin’s fairy godmother.

Jayne Hladio | WEALTH MANAGEMENT NATIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE-U.S., U.S. BANKJayne Hladio joined U.S. Bank in 2009 as senior vice president-Wisconsin

region manager, growing market share to No.1, and was promoted in 2016 to

Wealth Management Sales Executive for the U.S., leading metropolitan wealth

management and national sales. With 30 years in finance, Hladio has been

honored as one of American Banker’s “Most Powerful Women in Banking

Teams,” TEMPO 2018 Mentor of the Year, Crain’s “Women of Note” 2006 - 40

under 40, and CCN’s “2013 Magazine Urban Empowerment Honorary.” She

co-chaired U.S. Bank’s Executive Leadership Council, and serves as executive

Trina Jashinsky | VICE PRESIDENT – HUMAN RESOURCES, BADGER METER INC. Trina Jashinsky is vice president – human resources of Badger Meter Inc.,

an innovator in flow measurement, control and communications solutions,

serving water utilities, municipalities, and commercial and industrial customers

worldwide. Jashinsky joined Badger Meter in her current position in 2016. In

this role, she leads and oversees all of the company’s human resources policies,

programs and practices. Prior to joining Badger Meter, she served as vice

president of human resources for Gannett Inc. Her career also includes serving

in HR leadership positions at Fiserv Inc., Johnson Controls Inc. and Journal

Communications Inc. Her community volunteer activities include serving on the

board of directors of Divine Redeemer Lutheran Church & School and March

Shannon Jefferson | CEO, GIBRALTAR INDUSTRIES INC. Gibraltar Industries Inc. is a full-service facilities maintenance/management

firm established in 2007 by Shannon Jefferson. Jefferson started Gibraltar

Industries after a layoff in 2007 from her corporate position as an analyst.

Lynda Johnson | ASSISTANT TREASURER, HARLEY-DAVIDSON INC.Lynda Johnson is the assistant treasurer for Harley-Davidson Inc. and Harley-

Davidson Financial Services Inc. and leads global treasury operations. She

joined Harley-Davidson in August 2004 and past roles include senior director

of FP&A and plant controller. She also led the finance function and the

subsequent divestiture of H-D’s Italy-based subsidiary MV Agusta. Prior to

Harley-Davidson, Johnson served as CFO for several privately held technology

companies. Johnson serves on the board of trustees for Carroll University and

the Milwaukee Repertory Theater. She is Carroll’s treasurer and chairs its audit

committee. She earned an MBA from The University of Chicago, a master’s

degree in industrial and systems engineering from The Ohio State University,

and a bachelor of science degree from Carroll University; and a CPA.

Nadiyah Johnson | TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER, GE HEALTHCARE Nadiyah Johnson currently works at GE Healthcare as a technical product

manager in data analytics. She graduated from Marquette University with a

master’s degree in computational science and is currently pursuing a Ph.D.

with a focus on computational science and mental health. Her research is

predominantly geared toward mobile health. Johnson’s research has granted

her recognition at several conferences around the globe. Her passion for

diversity in STEM led her to launch Jet Constellations, a local software startup

that serves to promote STEM education in Milwaukee, consult tech-oriented

startups, and build a nurturing ecosystem of techies and entrepreneurs. As

founder, Johnson aims to rebrand Milwaukee as “The Milky Way” – a tech hub

Nina Johnson | SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT CONSUMER AND BUSINESS BANKING FOR WISCONSIN, U.S. BANKNina Johnson joined U.S. Bank in April 2019 as the senior vice president of

consumer and business banking for the state of Wisconsin. As a new leader

in the state, she has been charged with building centrality, maximizing a

digital banking platform and building synergies whenever the opportunity

arises. Though her primary focus is on the Milwaukee/Madison market, her

team supports areas surrounding this footprint. Johnson has worked in the

Dr. Phyllis King | VICE PROVOST, UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN-MILWAUKEEDr. Phyllis King is the vice provost at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

She provides leadership in a wide array of university strategic, academic

and budgetary planning and decision-making activities. She co-leads

operations related to strategic initiatives with M7 organizations. Dr. King

serves as a representative and leader to the University of Wisconsin System,

city of Milwaukee, and state for initiatives related to education, math and

Cindy Krahenbuhl | EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, GUEST HOUSE OF MILWAUKEE Cindy Krahenbuhl is the executive director for the Guest House of Milwaukee

which offers a wide array of solutions to people who are, have been or are at

risk of becoming homeless. These services range from emergency shelter, to

housing to prevention and include clinical services that can address a person’s

mental health and/or addiction issues. She has worked in the Milwaukee

nonprofit sector for more than 30 years, holding management positions with

other nonprofits such as Curative Care Network and the Milwaukee Center for

Independence. She holds a master’s degree in community health education and

an M.B.A. Krahenbuhl has overseen, in her 12 years with the agency, the overall

growth of the brand of “More Than Shelter” from $2.2 million in 2007 to $7.8

million for 2020. She is proud of the Guest House’s most recent involvement

helping to relocate people from Milwaukee’s tent city and setting up staffing

for several winter warming rooms.

Caroline Krider | SVP, RELATIONSHIP MANAGER & MILWAUKEE MARKET LEADER, GLOBAL INDUSTRIALS & SERVICES, U.S. BANKCaroline Krider is the senior vice president, relationship manager and Milwaukee

market leader for global industrials and services for U.S. Bank, and has been

Brook Mayborne | SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES PROFESSIONALBrook Mayborne is a senior human resources professional who most recently

served as the director of human resources for Stowell Associates, a provider

of integrated managed-care home care services in southeastern Wisconsin.

As a senior manager with the organization, she was responsible for all areas of

strategic HR planning, talent development and workplace culture. Mayborne

also provided leadership to a team of HR professionals and leadership coaching

on a regular basis. Prior to joining Stowell Associates, she was the director of

human resources at Divine Savior Holy Angels High School where she created

JESSICA OLSON | ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN THE INSTITUTE OF HEALTH & EQUITY, MEDICAL COLLEGE OF WISCONSINJessica Olson is an assistant professor in the Institute of Health & Equity at

the Medical College of Wisconsin. She received her Ph.D. in physiology and

her Master of Public Health degree at MCW in 2015 and 2017, respectively. Her

research is dedicated toward identification of circulating biomarkers for cancer

incidence, progression, and recurrence. Specifically, Olson investigates the

mechanisms by which microRNA contribute to cancer disparities and seeks to

accurately predict outcomes in cancer incidence and mortality and significantly

reduce health disparities nationwide.

Emily Phillips | FINANCIAL ADVISOR, BAIRDEmily Phillips is a financial advisor at Baird and has long been on an

entrepreneurial career path. Prior to joining Baird, she worked in multiple

industries including hospitality, fashion, management consulting and

technology. Her unique background enables Phillips to serve clients in creative

ways given her innate curiosity, desire to learn and capacity to adapt to

change. She is also actively involved in the community, serving on several

business advisory and nonprofit boards. Phillips was a speaker at the 2016

TEDxUWMilwaukee event. She was named a 2017 Milwaukee Business Journal

Carmen Pitre | PRESIDENT & CEO, SOJOURNER FAMILY PEACE CENTERCarmen Pitre is the president and chief executive officer of Sojourner. Under

Pitre’s leadership, Sojourner provides crisis housing, system advocacy and

individual support to thousands of women, children and men. Pitre draws on

decades of work and personal experience to improve the way the community

supports families impacted by domestic violence. In 2016, Pitre rallied key

community leaders to create the Sojourner Family Peace Center where people

impacted by domestic violence can access emergency shelter, domestic

violence services, physical and mental health services, law enforcement and

legal assistance, counseling, employment services, financial literacy, community

education and professional training.

Aliya Pitts | CHIEF ADVANCEMENT OFFICER, THE PRAIRIE SCHOOLAliya Pitts serves as chief advancement officer for The Prairie School, where she

is responsible for making authentic connections with donors, alumni, parents and

prospective families. As a lifelong learner, Pitts is driven by the desire to connect,

focusing on intentional relationships, building inclusive cultures, and collaborating

with others for the greater good. She has spent her career in nonprofit fundraising

Deborah Seeger | CO-FOUNDER, PATINADeborah Seeger has spent her career working with companies on strategic

performance and workforce solutions. Her work and involvement in her

community earned her a designation of Woman of Influence by the Milwaukee

Business Journal. Since 1990, Seeger has been researching the changing

demographics and the effects of changing worker performance and attitudes

in business. She has been sharing her knowledge and information with

companies as a subject matter expert on workforce strategies and the changing

demography in the workplace, especially the effects these changes will have

on success and growth strategies in the new world of work. Seeger pioneered

the first-ever Vendor on Premise program in the industry to provide staffing

services on-site at a client company, for which she received a Pericles Award

for an innovative, outstanding program in the area of workforce solutions. Since

then Seeger has worked in three start-up companies; Tailored Management,

Jefferson Wells, and beginning in 2008, Patina Solutions.

Dr. Malika Siker | ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR, DEPT. OF RADIATION ONCOLOGY, MEDICAL COLLEGE OF WISCONSINDr. Malika Siker is an associate professor in the department of radiation

oncology and associate dean for student Inclusion and diversity at the Medical

College of Wisconsin (MCW) where she oversees programs to increase diversity

in health sciences and support student inclusion. Nationally, she also leads

initiatives to improve health equity through the American Society of Radiation

Oncology. She is a faculty member of the MCW Kern Institute and co-chair of

the community advisory board of the MCW Cancer Center. Dr. Siker’s clinical

focus includes hematologic malignancies, CNS tumors, and prostate cancer.

She was named to the Milwaukee Business Journal 40 Under 40 Class of 2019.

Gina Spang | SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, VJS CONSTRUCTION SERVICES Gina Spang is a senior project manager at VJS Construction Services, with 20+

years of experience in construction management, construction administration,

operations and facilities management. Spang is adept in developing and

implementing capital improvement programs, negotiating contracts and leases,

budgeting, bidding/estimating and leading a project from inception to owner

occupancy. Her solid background in both the public and private sector provides

a unique perspective and approach to her work. An active participant on area

boards and community organizations, Spang holds a bachelor of science

degree in civil engineering from Marquette University and a master’s degree

in business administration from Alverno College. She received a Milwaukee

Business Journal Women of Influence Award in 2018 and is a past recipient

of the YWCA Outstanding Woman of Achievement Award and the Milwaukee

Mary Ellen Stanek | MANAGING DIRECTOR & CHIEF INVESTMENT OFFICER, BAIRD ADVISORS; PRESIDENT OF BAIRD FUNDS Mary Ellen Stanek, CFA, has 40 years of investment management experience.

She currently serves as managing director of Robert W. Baird & Co. and chief

investment officer of Baird Advisors responsible for over $86B in assets under

management. Additionally, she serves as president of the Baird Funds. Stanek

was a finalist for the 2019 Morningstar Outstanding Portfolio Manager Award.

Under her leadership, the Baird Advisors team was also named a finalist for the

Morningstar Inc.’s 2016 Fixed Income Fund Manager of the Year Award. Previously

she served as president and CEO of Firstar Investment Research & Management

Co. She serves on the boards of Baird Financial Group, Northwestern Mutual, and

WEC Energy Group along with a host of other Milwaukee-area organizations as

well as Marquette University where she chaired the board and was elected Trustee

Emerita. She received her B.A. from Marquette University and her M.B.A. from the

University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Denise Thomas | PRESIDENT & OWNER, THE EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION COACH LLCDenise Thomas is the president and owner of The Effective Communication

Coach, LLC, a consultancy focused on transforming emerging and existing

professionals into extraordinary leaders by master the art of effective

communication and networking. With 17 years of experience in working for

Fortune 500 companies, Thomas has honed the ability to deliver and receive

messages across language, cultural, and communication-style barriers. Her

existing portfolio of clients include Northwestern Mutual and Manpower Group.

Organizations she’s consulted and coached include the National Black MBA

Association, National Urban League and the Boys and Girls Club of Greater

Milwaukee. She was recently recognized by the Milwaukee Business Journal as

Terry Tuttle | PRESIDENT, HELLERMANNTYTON NORTH AMERICATerry Tuttle is the president of HellermannTyton North America, a global

leader of cable management solutions serving the world’s most technical

companies. Tuttle’s career with HellermannTyton spans 32 years, advancing

in communications, marketing, and sales roles until her recent position in

2017. Tuttle leads results and 10 sites in North America (3 in Milwaukee). She

graduated with a B.A. from Augustana College, Rock Island, IL and a M.A.

from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in public communication. Tuttle has

a variety of interests, including travel, theatre and hiking. She endeavors to

balance family, work, and friends to maintain a balanced and fulfilling life.

Lisa Vanlerberghe | SENIOR MANAGER OF SUPPLY CHAIN, MILLERCOORSLisa Vanlerberghe is the senior manager of supply chain for MillerCoors. She

has more than 17 years of experience in the beer industry in engineering,

operations and supply chain. Currently, she is responsible for the U.S. supply

chain: network optimization/modeling and creation of the monthly supply plan

for sales and operations planning. Vanlerberghe graduated from Milwaukee

School of Engineering with a degree in industrial engineering and a minor in

business management. She has an MBA with an emphasis in organizational

development, and is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional.

Vanlerberghe currently serves on the board of directors of the AIDS Resource

Center of Wisconsin, now called Vivent Health. She’s an active supporter of

the National Alliance on Mental Illness – Greater Milwaukee, and United Way

of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County.

Vanessa Vasquez | DIRECTOR OF CAREER READINESS AND PARTNERSHIPS, CARMEN SCHOOLS OF SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGYVanessa Vasquez is director of career programs and partnerships at Carmen

Schools of Science & Technology and dedicates her career to the advancement

of Hispanic students in education, while serving as a mentor and advocate

for their success. Previously, Vasquez lead MATC’s Driving Dreams initiative,

a program at the college designed to increase graduation rates and identify a

path to college for underrepresented students at eight Milwaukee public high

schools. She volunteers with multiple organizations throughout the Milwaukee

area and has received numerous awards including the 2018 Hispanic Woman

of the Year recognition by UMOS, a nonprofit advocacy organization, and a

2019 Milwaukee Business Journal 40 Under 40 Award. She serves on the board

of directors of the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network Greater Milwaukee

Chapter and has spoken on several women’s leadership panels. Vasquez

received her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Alverno College and is

pursuing a doctoral degree in leadership for the advancement of learning and

service at Cardinal Stritch University.

Marilyn Vollrath | EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT & SENIOR CONSULTANT, REPUTATION PARTNERS LLC Marilyn Vollrath is a senior consultant with Reputation Partners LLC. She joined

the firm in 2016 with the acquisition of Vollrath Associates Inc., the company

she co-founded and grew into a full-service communications agency. She has

worked with companies in a variety of industries, ranging from start-ups to

Fortune 500 firms. A seasoned PR executive, Vollrath’s strength is working

with CEOs and organization leaders in designing and executing comprehensive

communications programs that build awareness and support among key

stakeholders. She is accredited by the Public Relations Society of America, is

a past president of TEMPO, and serves on the boards of Goodwill Industries of

Southeastern Wisconsin and Milwaukee Women inc.   

Carrie Wall | PRESIDENT & CEO, YMCA OF METROPOLITAN MILWAUKEECarrie Wall is the president and chief executive officer for the YMCA of

Metropolitan Milwaukee. She has come full circle as her first 20 years were

growing her career in the Milwaukee Y. Then Wall spent four years as vice

president of operations in the Chicago YMCA and seven years as the president

and CEO of the YMCA of Dane County in Madison. She is a current member of

the YMCA of the USA national board of directors. In 2016, In Business Magazine

recognized her as a nonprofit leader. Wall has a bachelor of science degree in

business management from Alverno College.

Faye Wetzel | FOUNDER & OWNER, FAYE’S After a 20-year career in advertising and marketing, Faye Wetzel opened Faye’s

Women’s Boutique in Mequon on February 2, 1991. A second store was opened

in Brookfield in 2004. The stores continue to blaze a fashion trail and Wetzel

and her staff are credited with originating and spearheading the “Be Loyal

Shop Local” movement in Milwaukee. Faye’s was named 2018 Best Women’s

Boutique by both Milwaukee Magazine and MKE Lifestyle and also was a

recipient of a Milwaukee Business Journal 2018 Fastest Growing Firm award.

Wetzel was recognized as a Milwaukee Business Journal Woman of Influence

in 2012. She is an alumna of Tempo and served as the foundation director for

the Woman’s Club of Wisconsin. Wetzel is a frequent guest on WTMJ-TV’s

“Morning Blend,” produces several fashion shows a year and contributes

fashion content to media outlets.

Rachel Wiesner | GENERAL MANAGER, DOWNTOWN KITCHEN, THE BARTOLOTTA RESTAURANTSRachel Wiesner serves as general manager of Downtown Kitchen, an urban

food hall located within the U.S. Bank Center in downtown Milwaukee operated

by The Bartolotta Restaurants. A member of The Bartolotta Restaurants family

since 2010, Wiesner is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Downtown

Kitchen’s dining program, which serves thousands of breakfast and lunch

guests, as well as the venue’s extensive catering and event-hosting operations.

An experienced manager, Wiesner is also credited for maintaining Downtown

Kitchen’s status as one of the area’s most popular daily dining destinations.

Prior roles include director of catering for Sodexo and as an event coordinator

for the Italian-themed Il Fornaio restaurant chain. She holds a bachelor’s

degree in hotel and restaurant management from the University of Nevada,

Las Vegas and earned a certification in floral design from the Milwaukee

School of Floral Design.

Corneshia Williams | ASSET PROTECTION DIRECTOR, TARGETCorneshia Williams started her career with Target about 14 years ago and has

worked across the country for Target (NY, FL, and MN) in various leadership

roles in multiple fields including assets protection, sales, guest experience and

distribution. She is currently asset protection director. She is originally from

Milwaukee and graduated from Marquette University with a bachelor’s degree

in criminology and a master’s degree in public service and administration of

justice. Williams also holds an M.B.A. and is working towards a doctoral degree

in business management with a focus on keeping businesses profitable by

keeping them safe and secure. Outside of work, Williams keeps busy with her

“great family” including her husband and two children.

Kay Yuspeh | CEO & FORMER OWNER (RETIRED), ELITE SPORTS CLUBSMore than 30 years ago, Kay Yuspeh dove in as the first female club owner in

the city with the purchase of a failing tennis club. Based on her entrepreneurial

instincts and personal experiences, she saw an opening for a new kind of club

and spent the next 30 years, not only purchasing four other clubs in the area,

but also completely renovating each location to focus on family health and

wellness, creating multipurpose clubs. She became the largest owner of

private fitness and tennis clubs in the state and one of the few female owners

in the country.
