WELCOME TO OUR RTOThe Monadelphous Development Centre is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) that provides quality craft skills and High Risk Work License training. Monadelphous’ guiding principle is “The Safe Way is the Only Way” and this commitment is evident in all training provided by the Development Centre. Participants have a unique opportunity to receive training from a business with extensive experience as a tier one contractor across multiple industries.

Developed to provide meaningful industry skills and knowledge, the Centre’s nationally accredited training prepares workers for real work scenarios.

Located at Bibra Lake, the centre is equipped with simulated work environments, industry specific equipment, and facilities to make training an enjoyable experience.

NATIONALLY ACCREDITED TRAINING Often workers are required to hold a number of units to support core function in the workplace. The centre offers a suite of nationally accredited training that is recognised Australia wide.

Our staff are committed to educating and upskilling participants, and trainers have been selected for their years of on-the- job experience. This experience emanates through the scenario-based training that simulates tasks often carried out on the work-front.

Units offered to supplement core skills are:

RECOGNITION OF CURRENT COMPETENCY For some competencies, various industries often require workers to remain current and re-sit training within a nominated timeframe, even though the training is still current with the national regulator.

Don’t have time to re-sit the full course?

The Development Centre recognises that workers have often received prior learning in a competency, and offers an assessment only process to renew the certificate in around four hours.

To be eligible to attend, particpiants must hold the current competency from the same training package, still possess the knowledge and can perform the tasks learned in the original training.
