Read Our information Memorandum

Fill out the Azurite ISA Bond Co 1 application form found on page 29-35 of the Bond Subscription Agreement (“BSA”)

Provide the required AML documents as outlined on page 34 of the BSA.

Transfer funds to Northern Provident Client’s GBP or EURO account (details on page 30 of the BSA). Funds will then be held with Northern Provident until AML checks have been ratified. There is a 14 day “cooling off period” in which investors can have their monies returned should they change their minds. Northern Provident Investments Ltd will be custodians of the funds until drawdown by Azurite Ltd.

The Bonds will be registered in the name of each Bond holder. Each Bondholder’s holding of Bonds will be shown in its Bondholder Account and on the Registrar maintained by More Group Capital Services Ltd as registrar. On issue, the Bonds issued under the offer will rank equally with each other.
