DescriptionMOLYBKOMBIN UMF T4 Spray isan air-drying bonded coating basedon molybdenum disulfide (MoS2)and an organic binder.Once applied and dried, the productshows good adhesion to metalsurfaces and provides a high load-carrying capacity. The dry lubricatingfilm can be used at temperatures upto 450°C.

ApplicationMOLYBKOMBIN UMF T4 Spray is afriction and wear reducing lubricantfor the lubrication of width screwspindles in textile stenter frames.MOLYBKOMBIN UMF T4 Sprayrepels lint, fly dust and dirt thusensuring precise low torque widthadjustment.The product can also be used inworkshops as assembly aid forbearings, bolts, screw connectionsand as a running-in aid for plainbearings and sliding points.MOLYBKOMBIN UMF T4 Sprayeliminates stick-slip in slide andguideways.In the metalforming industry,MOLYBKOMBIN UMF T 4 is used toprotect drawing and cutting toolsagainst wear and extend theirservice life. Application notesShake MOLYBKOMBIN UMF T4Spray well before use.All surfaces should be free from oil,grease, water and corrosion prior toinitial lubrication.Keep aerosol can vertical and sprayin thin and uniform layers from adistance of approximately 20 cm.Do not spray on to or near an openflame or any incandescent material.

Minimum shelf lifeThe minimum shelf life is approx. 24months if the product is stored in itsclosed original container in a dryplace.Important: Do note expose to directsunlight and temperatures above50°C!
