Participate in different business operations Assist and responsible for accomplishing production with high quality &
maximum efficiency. Review the Business needs & system requirements, to take ownership of
implementation process from onshore team. Document the entire business process & monthly, payroll reconciliation, payroll
reconciliation, funding, chargeback, DC clearing account reconciliation, Payments, loan modeling, QDRO assets transfer, Bene asset Transfer report etc.
Executed operational support functions and able to introduce new processes to a team from onshore counterparts.
Responsible for scheduling regular Touch base Call with the client teams to take regular feedback on ongoing processes and to ensure the key deliverables & SLAs.
