Health Career Readiness Assessment (HCRA)

More than 70% of new hire turnover in the Healthcare Industry can be traced back to

individuals who were a poor “fit” for positions in this industry.

The HCRA helps:

• Identify career seekers who have the behavioral skills required for success in a specific healthcare position

• Guide the right individual to work in the right healthcare career pathway

• Provide an accurate and objective assessment of critical healthcare behavioral competencies

If you successfully completed CR101…

Page 20: MoHealthWINs: Missouri Healthcare Workforce Innovation Networks

Your overall score, not your individual answers, will determine if:

•You are a good fit for the healthcare industry,

•You would benefit from meeting with a Career Pathway Coach before proceeding, or

•You may not be a good fit for the healthcare industry.

Take your time and think about how your answers will reflect

your personality.
