Maintains a continuing review of the progress of each (sub)-contract and provides management with information regarding any financial, legal or technical difficulties. Prepares change order and amendments, negotiates with (sub)-contractors and customers to obtain settlement. Responsibilities: 1. Implement the Division Responsibilities Matrix which records the Project’s agreed assignme of various (sub)-contract management tasks and the Standard Work Process Procedures applicable to (Sub)-Contract Administration.

Expansion Of Prophet's Mosque, Piazza & It's Related Elements, Al Madinah, KSA. The largest expansion to the Holy Prophet Mosque up to date. The project is set to cost 25 billion SAR (more than US $6 billion) and after the reconstruction, the mosque is expected to become the world’s largest building, with a capacity for 1.6 million people. Responsibilities: 1. Taking off all concrete quantities and types, steel reinforcement and embedded parts and finishing materials for the project

2. Preparing monthly invoices for Sub-contractors. 3. Preparing monthly invoices for client. 4. Review all security bond, project insurance documents, CAR policy etc. 5. Contractor : EFNAB JV (Egyptian-French New Assiut Barrage) (Vinci Grand project, Orascom Construction Industries, Arab Contractors) joint venture. Duration : May. 2011 to Sep. 2017. Cost : Euro 1.4 billion. Location : Assiut 400 Km South of Cairo, Egypt. Scope of project : The dam have four (8 MW) turbines. It will have double locks to allow navigation on the Nile River and it is designed to maintain a head of 4 meters to ensure discharge of a minimum 445 m3/s flow into the Ibrahimia Canal in order to irrigate nearly 700,000 hectares of land between the dam and Cairo. The structure of the Barrage provides a two-lane roadway across the Nile River which is the main crossing point at Assuit city for local residents.

Responsibilities: 1. Taking off all concrete quantities and types, steel reinforcement and embedded parts and finishing materials for the project (Navigation Locks, Powerhouse and all buildings). 2.
