EquipmentCheck–Computer/LaptopWhenyouareconfidentyourcomputer/laptopandequipmentisfunctionalandreadytouse,followthesestepstoconductanEquipmentCheck:

1. FromeitherGoogleChromeorFirefox,gototheeVisitwebsiteandlogin.

2. Clickthearrownexttoyournameatthetopofthemainscreen,andselectEquipmentTest.

3. TheEquipmentcheckscreendisplays.Ifthemicrophone,camera,orspeakersarenotproperly

connectedorsetup,anerrormessagedisplays.Youcancontinuethetestwithoutthelistedequipment,butyourappointmentwithyourdoctorwillnotbesuccessfuluntiltheissue(s)is/areresolved.
