Emergency Medical Dispatch

• Not required• Qualified personnel to take information

and to send appropriate crew and apparatus

• Provide pre-arrival medical instructions • Pre-arrival instructions, and the system

to provide them require medical oversight

• Be involved with this process • Support Emergency Medical Dispatch
