The generously sized glass elements of the system can also be used as a swing door with closing function. If the glass leaves are closed the room can be entered through the sliding requirement door, it can be quickly converted into a swing door.

This is done by moving the door leaf into the stationary position with only two actions, because the locking and holding open are merged in a combined locking and hold-open element. Resetting the sliding function is just as easy. The control lever required for the coupling mechanism with the foor spring is stationary in the profle of the sliding requirement door. Locking bolts prevent unwanted operation and provide additional security.

The sliding frame door with self-locking panic lock (EN 179) and integrated Boxer door closer. The door closes and locks itself and canbe ope-ned from the inside at any time.

As an alternative to glass leaves, leaves made of wood, aluminium or plastic can be used with our system. With the ModernGlide 700 set for on-site leaves, the customer can combine their own door leaves with the ModernGlide 700 running rail system. The running rail system, locks and fttings are supplied by ModernGlide. These can be used by customers to easilyand conveniently implement their own customized solutions.

Page 5: ModernGlide 700 Brochure

Our running rail system can be combined with all types of leaves – Classicline, Pureline,Protectline and bespoke leaves.

The manual sliding wall can therefore be quickly and conveniently opened and closed. Plastic rollers ensure smooth and quiet running of the door leaves.

Guided roller carriages and continuous curves and branches ensure maximum sliding comfort and prevent damage. This prevents twis-ted leaves due to incorrect operation.

The different running rail variances (straight, angled, continuous, curved) make virtually any run layout possible. The leaf arrangement in the stacking space can be implemented at right angles, parallel or as an individual solution.

Thanks to the modular range structure of the manual sliding wall system a wide range of variations are possible. The following layouts can be implemented:

• Straight layout of the elements in one plane• Changes in direction through standard arcs with angles of 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75° and 90°• Combination of several angles in both directions into bends and curves, polygonal or continuously curved*
