The Matteson Cos. Divests 40-Unit Community

The Matteson Cos. sold the 40-unit Modera Apts. at 1704 Clayton Rd. in Concord, CA for $7.35million, or approximately $184,000 per unit.

Built in 1969, the three-story apartment building totals 28,845 square feet and consists of 23 one-bedroom and 17 two-bedroom units.
