Operating Instructions Quick ReferenceTurn ON………..Press the ON/OFF button.Turn OFF………..Press and hold the ON/OFF button for five seconds.After Turn On…..Optional Fresh Air Setup……Press the RESET(YES) button. To bypass Fresh Air Setup, press the PAGE(NO) or wait five seconds.The measure page will appear after either selection.Pump Check………Attach tany sample lines, probesor lile traps as appropriate. Block inlet until pump alarm sounds, if no alarms sounds check the flow system.Back Light………..Press any button at any time to turn on the display backlight.Other Pages………Press the PAGE button to view the Battery Status page. Press the PAGE button again to view the Time/Date page and other optional pages.Return to Measure Page…….Wait 10-15 seconds, or momentarily depress the ON/OFF button or press the PAGE button several times until the Measure Gases screen appers.Reset Alarms…….Press the RESET button to clear alarms. NOTE: Alarmscan only be cleared from page showing the alarm condition.

Recharge or replace batteriesin a non-hazardous area to prevent potential ignition of combustible atmospheres. PUMP AND DRIVE ASSEMBLY 814933

Supply 3.15 vdc to the pump leads. With no load,the current should be 20 to 25 mA. At 4” H2Opressure, the current should be 22 to 45 mA witha flow rate of 1 to 1.4 lpm. Block the pump inletand the pump should be able to pull > 40” H2Opressure with a current draw < 55 mA.
