These machines are all-steel, and use oversized componentsthroughout. At your in-plant inspection, you’ll see top qualitycomponentry, hefty fabrications, oversized motors, and nearly100% stainless steel fasteners.

Factory Cat’s side brooms pick up dirt in the corners. A hugetubular main broom under the machine sweeps up the dirt anddebris from the floor and packs it into the steel hopper.

Meanwhile, the second stage vacuums up the dust and traps it ina polypropylene felt “baghouse” filter. Factory Cats can pick upwhole bags of cement at a time without leaving a trace of dustbehind. The filter is cleaned by an on-board mechanism, and inmost cases will last the life of the machine.
