CUSTOMISATION ToughSystem® products can be configured to meet your needs with a variety of modules from toolboxes to organisers, totes and a jobsite radio.

ACCESSIBILITY Unique patented brackets allow any unit to be mounted or removed independently of the rest. All modules can easily be stacked together using the side latches.

MOBILITY Take your tools anywhere with this modular, mobile storage solution. From your workshop, to your van, to the jobsite, DEWALT’s ToughSystem® has you covered. Take your ToughSystem® modules from your workshop and easily load into the crash-tested Van Racking Solution. This solution can easily be self-assembled and customised for your storage needs. Once on the jobsite, the ToughSystem® Carrier features 21.5 cm heavy-duty rubber wheels, allowing easy manoeuvrability on rough terrain.

DURABILITY AND SECURITY Offering the ultimate in toughness and high-impact protection, the ToughSystem® features rust-resistant metal latches for lockable security with an IP65 rating for water and dust resistance. The Carrier also includes a unified locking system to secure all modules with a one-handed operation.

VAN RACKING

This crash-tested, self-assembled van racking solution is a modular storage system that allows users to quickly and easily change the combination of tools they are working with. This unit comes in two sizes to accommodate both low and high vans. Most ToughSystem® units are compatible with this racking system, making it easy to customise your storage solution on the go. Each rack can carry up to 68kg. to accommodate those heavy power tools. This space-saving design allows for the brackets to easily fold out of the way when not in use.
