PIK architecture
PIK architecture
✓ Flexible configuration of communication interfaces and cellular operators, up to 4 SIM cards & Ethernet (stationary usage)
✓ Constant communication monitoring, full redundancy of all connections
✓ LTE, LTE 450, UMTS, CDMA – separated, dedicated APNs
✓ Maintenance-free, remote status supervision, operation statistics
✓ Remote device and component configuration: communication modules, radio, WiFi, Ethernet/USB ports
✓ Fully remote-configured Wi-Fi module, gaining access to specified net infrastructure (Intranet) or the Internet, sharing data
✓ Remote update & upgrade

Cooperation betweendispatchers
PIK dispatcher console
✓ Cooperation between dispatchers, Master Dispatcher, mobile dispatcher consoles
✓ Possibility of creating arbitrary voice and/or data communication groups during system operation. Implemented changes are immediately propagated system-wide, using server infrastructure
✓ User-friendly intuitive interface. Real-time communication monitoring and signalling, each voice transmission is additionally shown in graphicapplication interface
✓ Direct dispatcher type voice communication (using push-to-talk technology). Possibility of data interchange with any chosen system user. Dispatcher may take part in communication with chosen one or with many groups simultaneously
✓ Maps on-line visualization of all resources’ positions
✓ Additional unit info window: unit name, personnel names, non-standard vehicle equipment list (if available), etc.
✓ Objects filtering on the map – objects displayed on the map may be filtered according to the user type
✓ Objects grouping for more convenient management and supervision
PIK dispatcher consoles hierarchy
Each server can be installed on physical and/or virtual machines, according to the requirements of client, in any geographical location. Client needs are considered in the early stage of development process, allowing for an accurate assessment of the final cost.
✓ The SIP Server is responsible for voice-channel user authorization and fulfills VOIP system functions
✓ The Single lP Server serves as an interface between users and server infrastructure and is responsible for secure data tunnelling. This server is a gate to PIK system and a broker of all PIK communication.
✓ The Group Server works as a platform for applications responsible for the organization of user groups
As an option we provide SOA data interface – data exchange between PIK system and any other database systems
Each server can be multiplied to fulfill the organization and redundancy needs
PIK system servers
✓ The single instance of PIK server allows for independent operation of a dozen of operators in different locations, eachdispatcher working with assigned groups of gates which remain at the disposal of the single dispatcher, and don’t have any influence on operationof any other operator
✓ Separated, closed network with no public access possibility – communication betweenowner’s infrastructure and PIK servers is enclosed in VPN tunnels, gates work in designated private APNs
✓ Devices’ operation monitoring: billins, GPS positions, communication modules’ and radio parameters
✓ Real time clock: each system device has built-in time synchronization funcionality, providing unified time-stamping for operational needs
✓ Information archive including voice communication recordings, metadata(timestamps, GPS location, initiation time, duration etc.)
✓ System supervisory tools, remote upgrade, remote monitoring, network & coverage parameters, malfunctions – all data is storedand can be used for further analytical purposes

✓ VPN tunnels: all data is sent using encrypted tunnels, using IPsec algorithms, using 128-bit key (option: 256-bit)
✓ IPsec Client is built-in into each PIK-GAT device
✓ IPsec Hub implemented at the system-user’s site
✓ Tunnels authentication using PKI/X.509 (Public KeyInfrastructure), certificate enrollment using SCEP protocol
✓ GSM communication within dedicated APNs
✓ Option – advanced, expanded authentication methods
✓ P&S Android app (Push and Speak), allows for Android device connection into the PIK system. Each Android device works on PIK-GAT rights
✓ Each device with P&S app can be assigned to anychosen speak group
✓ P&S allows for communication with designated userswho are away from the operation zone (even abroad), or with those who aren’t equipped with native communication devices
PIK Push-and-Speak app
✓ Consistent, unified, global system of Data, Voice & Video transmission
✓ Net-centric data exchange – effectivemanagement
✓ High reliability – redundance of telco operators
✓ Integration of dispersed resources & tasks
✓ Open architecture of server software
✓ Unlimited range of operation
✓ Low cost of implementation & operation
✓ Extremely short time of implementation
