Mobile Banking @ Cherokee Strip Credit Union The convenience of Online Banking in the palm of your hand! You can access your accounts from your phone virtually anywhere, anytime. The Touchbanking App combines the benefits of CSCU’s online banking with the power of your smartphone or tablet.

• Check Balances on all of your accounts; including any accounts setup up as “Multiple Accounts”.

• Access Transaction History

• Transfer Funds, including the ability to make loan payments.

• Pay Bills using your Bill Pay service that you’ve setup in your online banking account. This service is available to all

members that have a checking account.

• Find ATM and Branch Locations

How to Register for Mobile Banking:

• You must first be enrolled in Online Banking. If you are not enrolled, you may do so now by contacting a Member Service Representative at one of our branches at 580-718-4000.

• Login to your online banking and go to Access Accounts - Mobiliti.

Read and check “ I accept these Terms and Conditions “ box.

You must check one or both services that are listed under “ OTHER SERVICES “.

This is the text message that you will receive if you choose the “ Send me the download link via text message to this number “.

This is the screen that will appear if you select the link in the above text message. It will automatically take you to the appropriate store to download and install the TouchBanking app.

Select appropriate time zone and check the eligible accounts you want activated on your mobile device. You can also assign them a nickname, but it’s not required.

Enter your cell phone number.

This is the text message you will receive that has your “ Activation Code “.

Enter the Activation Code that you received in the above text message and click “ Activate “.

You will receive the following text messages once your activation is successful. The last text message has a link to the Mobile Browser. This is the browser version of Mobile Banking. It can be used in place of the Mobile App for those that don’t have access or can’t download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

Go to the App Store or Google Play and install the FREE TouchBanking App.

Enter the App Code: CSCUOKMobile, then enter your online banking Username.

Answer your security question, and then enter your Password. These are the same questions as your online banking. (Click “ Show Answer “ if needed to check spelling).
