Visit to ECA4 – Water pipes

Two visit with people from:TE/ABT, EN/MEF, BE/ASR, DGS/SEE, etc…

Water distribution for GEN1:- Remove water pipes on ground- Remove clarinette behind pillar

=> Done by FPS.

(GEN2 is connected to another clarinette).

Visit to ECA4 – Cable support

Cable support for GEN1:- Remove cables- Remove cable support / pillars

Copper plan to be cut and removed

=> Done by FPS.

Cleaning of concreate after removal of copper plan (glue):

=> Done by external company ? (Patrick Vincent EN/MEF)

Visit to ECA4 – Barrier not on wall

Reduction of kicker zone:

- Remove old barrier and move it to close zone.

=> Done by external company ? (Patrick Vincent EN/MEF)

Problems:- Water pipes- Cables support- Wall not vertical

=> Difficult to completely close the kicker area

HSE (Ana):L’idéal serait que les parois coupe-feu vont jusqu’au mur pour avoir une étanchéité maximum du local et par conséquente la meilleure protection contre un possible feu.

Visit of LSS4 / LSS6 during next TS:

- BE/ASR will prepare the safety file.- Nothing to do from our side, just answer questions…- Needs a visit to LSS4 (planned for next TS).- Needs updated drawing Present / Future

SPS Safety files - QuestionsAlready answered some questions (Thanks to Francesco):

- Type of oil in generators: Code SCEM : 57.97.20.099.9 : https://edh.cern.ch/edhcat/Images/192536/57.97.20.100.FSFR.pdf

- Quantity of oil in generators (ECA4):- 1x PFN = 1200 L- 2x Switch = 1000 L- 1x TDR = 10 L

=> ~ 3210 L per generator

Total present configuration: 5x generators = ~16000 LTotal future configuration: 1x generator = ~ 3200 L

- Type of material used for barrier = Fire resistant.

- Etc..
