POWERMIXThe PowerMix combines the mixing action of a PlanetaryMixer and a High Speed Disperser – in one machine. Thishigh and low shear combination shortens cycle times andreduces material handling, thereby resulting in lower produc-tion costs. Available in many sizes to 750 gallons capacity.

VERSAMIXThis unique mixer can be provided with up to threeseparate agitators, a Three Wing Anchor, a High SpeedDisperser and a High Shear Rotor-Stator. This mixer is idealfor use where several combinations of mixing technologiesare desired. The VersaMix is supplied in change can andfixed tank designs. Sizes range from 1 gallon to 2,000gallons mixing capacity.

High Shear Mixers

ROTOR STATOR MIXERS – BATCH DESIGNRoss High Shear rotor-stator mixersare ideal for low viscositybatch homogenization,solubilization, emulsifica-tion, powder wet-out,grinding and particle sizereduction. They applyintense hydraulic andmechanical shear and areavailable in many sizesfrom 1/2 through 100 HP.

PREMAXThis single stage rotor/stator generator is speciallydesigned for use in pigment dispersion applications.The intense shear forces result in elimination ofadditional milling or a considerable reduction infurther milling time. Sizes range from 5 to 250 HP.

HIGH SPEED DISPERSERSRoss High Speed Dispersersare the industry standard.Standard models include:explosion proof motors,heavy duty V-belt drivesand bearings, an air/oilhydraulic lift and stainlesssteel wetted parts. Sizesrange from 1/2 to 200 HP.

ROTOR STATOR MIXERS – INLINE DESIGNThe In-line design is a versatilechoice for process lines thatrequire frequent changeoverfrom one product to another.A variety of stator headsincluding the Disintegrating,Slotted, Fine Screen and LargeSquare Hole designs aresupplied. Multi-stage dual,quad and low profilerotor-stator generatordesigns are available forhigher shear needs.
