Whenever you call the factory for spare parts or service, have the unit model number handy. You can find the model and serial number on the ID tag that is mounted to the subframe of the unit.

The main ID tag gives information about the entire unit, the serial number, drum size and the year of manufacture. The truck serial number is stamped into the front pedestal on the driver’s side immediately above the main ID tag.
