    TransferringCallsCallscanbetransferredbyusingthebuttonsonthecallbanner.ThemainPhoneManagerSearchorDialortheContactsWindowshouldbeusedforchoosingthetransferdestination.AfterpressingConsultorTransferontheCallBannerthemainPhoneManagerwindowwillbebroughtintofocusreadyforyoutoenteranumbertodial.Alternatively,diallinganumberusinganyofthemakecallmethodsdescribedabovewhenacallisinprogresswillautomaticallysetupaconsultationtransferwithouthavingtofirstpressabuttonontheCallBanner.WhenperformingaconsultationtransferitcanbecompletedorcancelledusingtherelevantbuttonsontheCallBannerorsimplyhanduptocomplete.

    ExtensionDetails

    TheExtensiondetailssectioncontrolswhatextensionwillbeassignedtothisclientwhenitconnects.Thereare3optionsavailable:AlwaysusetheextensionassignedtomyuseraccountThiswillusetheextensionthathasbeenconfiguredagainsttheUserintheserver.IfthisisselectedbuttheUserdoesnothaveanextensionassignedthentheywillbepromptedwhentheyconnect.TheextensionwillthenbepermanentlyassociatedwiththeUser.AnycallsthataremadeonthisextensionevenwhentheclientisnotrunningwillbeassociatedwiththisUser.ThismeansthattheywillbeshowninthecallhistorywhentheUsernextopenstheclient.EveryonewhousesthiscomputersharesthesameextensionnumberThiswillforceeachUserwhorunstheclientonthisPCtousetheextensionnumberconfiguredintheExtensionfield.TheextensionwillonlybetemporarilyassignedtotheUserwhilsttheclientisconnected.ThismeansthatanycallsmadeonthisextensionwhentheclientisnotopenwillnotshowupontheUserscallhistory.CallsmadeontheextensionwillbeassignedtotheUserwho'sclientiscurrentlyrunning.ThisshouldbeusedwhentherearedifferentUsersusingthesamecomputerandextensionatdifferenttimes.Everyonewhousesthiscomputerusesadifferentextensionnumber(i.e.TS/Citrix/PBXhotdesking)ThiswillprompttheUsereachtimethattheclientstartsfortheextensionnumbertouse.TheextensionwillonlybetemporarilyassignedtotheUserwhilsttheclientisconnected.ThismeansthatanycallsmadeonthisextensionwhentheclientisnotopenwillnotshowupontheUserscallhistory.Thisshouldbeusedwhentheclientisinstalledinamultiuserenvironment,forexampleMicrosoftTerminal/RemoteDesktopServices,CitrixXenApp,VMWareVirtualDesktopInfrastructure(VDI)orwhenusingAgentHotDesking.
