EISA’s ship agency department provides a full range of agency services and is committed in meeting the requirements of ship owners, charterers, operators and managers. Our team’s in-depth knowledge of local regulations and policies enables us to fully meet the needs of our clients. Our dedicated staff is available on a 24/7 basis to ensure quick, accurate and effective service. Services offered cover a diversified range of ships including tankers, bulk carriers, containers, reefers and ro-ro carriers, general cargo and heavy lift ships, cruise ships and mega yachts providing all port call services including cargo and passenger handling, ship to ship operations, project work & liner services. EISA Russia besides port operations may support its clientele by offering general husbandry services or protecting agency services, including dry docking, coordinating ship sale and purchase transactions, arranging ship inspections and technical support, claims handling, besides coordinating crew changes, supplies and deliveries.

Freight Forwarding
The freight forwarding department of EISA is ready to offer multimodal transport solutions providing door-to-door service. Among services provided by EISA Russia are: • NVOCC service fully covered by ITIC • Warehousing, stock control and local deliveries • B/L production, customs clearance and other formalities • Re-stuffing of cargo from containers to trucks/RW cars and vice versa • Full intermodal door-to-door service by road or rail

Railway Logistics
EISA handles transit cargoes, mainly containerized, via Novorossiysk and Poti sea ports which are bound to/from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan and Armenia. The participation in the New Silk Road project is a reality. EISA Russia being contracted with Keden Trans already arranges/operates container block trains from Xi’an/Shanghai to Budapest and return trains from Budapest to China. This train service allows EISA to provide the last mile service and deliver goods to the receivers in Hungary and neighboring countries. The long standing cooperation with railway carriers & operators of rolling stock and port authorities, in combination with EISA’s experience in rail transportation in CIS and Europe, guarantee and ensure a first class service.
