Markets:In 2014, we produced 7.3millon batteries for automotive and industrial. These batteries were provided with Hyundai&Kia Motors as OE equipment(2.3mil.) / Overseas after-service market(4.5mil) / Domestic Market(0.5mil.). Currently, we are the biggest OE supplier of Hyundai/Kia Motors in the world, and 100% CARS PRODUCED IN HYUNDAI MOTORS ALABAMA & KIA MOTORS GEORGIA PLANT HAVE OUR BATTERIES AS GENUINE PARTS.

History:Our company was founded in 1979 as a name of “Kyungwon Industry”. With almost 40 years history, we changed our company name “Hyundai-Enercell” in 2000 and were merged with HYUNDAI SUNGWOO AUTOMOTIVE, started as an important part of HYUNDAI SUNGWOO AUTOMOTIVE group since 2009.
