The Art Program is an opportunity for young people to express thoughts, feelings and experiences in a creative way. Participantsexplore and develop their skills using different art mediums and practices in a positiveenvironment.

Mentoring is offered in Launceston and on the North West coast. The program provides positive role models to individuals who may require extra support navigating life’s hurdles.

Our mentors create a safe, non-judgmental relationship, assisting young people to work towards their goals and dreams. Mentors typically meet with clients on a weekly basis for about an hour and can organise to meet on-site during school hours.

WHAT IS THE MISH?The Mish is City Mission's youth focussed service for those aged 13-25. With the support of our mentors, participants grow in self-awareness, ambition and resilience. It is our mission to empower young people, giving hope for a brighter future.

The Mish provides two core services; one-to-one mentoring to help young people to achieve their goals and a suite of engagement programs that are tailor-made to build capacity within young people. All programs operate within school terms.

Located in Frederick St, Launceston, we offer a safe, inclusive, welcoming space where everyone is valued.
