functional scope of the SGTi work toolA project / multiple players / a time scheme = field-specific solutions > SGTi, a work tool for managing operations with highly complex organizations

> Bilateral organizational tool (Promoter, Design&Build joint venture)

> SGTi, the guarantee of security for operations requiring a high-level of confidentialityCustomized security levels can be set up by means ofdedicated technical architectures and/or authentica-tion procedures and by data encoding for sensitiverenovation operations in the penitentiary sector, forthe megajoule laser project (CEA of Bordeaux), theEPR reactors being built for AREVA and for numerousdata center operations.

The robustness and reliability of the platform’s guar-anteed technical architecture and the capacity of itsdatabase eliminate risks of information dilution or lossfor long-term projects. It is currently employed to man-age the reference and contractual data of the Tribunede Grand Instance (high court) of Paris and for manag-ing eco-district development operations in Rouen.

The platform is currently being used on many opera-tions, such as the D2 tower at La Défense in Paris orthe Raizet hospital complex in Pointe-à-Pitre, to trackgreen building certification processes.

SGTi acts as a reference base for interchanges amongmany stakeholders organized in multinational joint ven-tures working in a multi-site design production config-uration. The service has been employed by the ITER ex-perimental reactor teams since 2008. ITER stats todate: 800 connections/day, 120 documents issued and1500 consulted daily.

The service allows both for guaranteeing the inter-changes inherent in a project and for satisfying the co-ordination requirements of its respective stakeholders:the promoter and his partners, contractors and their sub-contractors, the design team and their design offices, etc. Beyond the airtight management of his/her re-spective workspace, each stakeholder benefits fromduplication functions to avoid the re-input of refer-ences into the shared/common workspaces of projects.

manage your project data

In compliance with regulations and on behalf of manypublic and private owners, contractors’ interim progressstatements and requests for payment, normally handledby our customers’ accounting departments, can be par-tially or completely dematerialized. A few examples: H4and ADEVIA, acting as owner’s representatives on be-half of the Nord — Pas-de-Calais region, have selectedSGTi to manage the construction contracts for the newLouvre Museum in Lens.
