MINUTES OF THE 11th (2016-2017) JOINT MEETING OF THE UNIT APPROVAL COMMITTEES FOR SEZs

The Joint Meeting of the Unit Approval Committees was held on 20.03.2017 at 11.30

for setting up of a dedicated batching plant and Job work in terms of Rule 41 (3) of SEZ Rules,

2006.

The Approval Committee discussed and observed that as the batching plant is situated

outside of the premises of the notified SEZ area, permission for setting up of batching plant is

not in the purview of the Committee. UAC approved the proposal for sending of material to M/s

Navayuga Infratech (India) Pvt. Ltd for preparation of Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) on job work

basis in terms of Rule 41 (3) of SEZ Rules, 2006 and subject to proper maintenance of records

and submission of monthly returns regarding the materials used in the plant on account of SEZ.
