The information required by Sh. Manoj Jain vide letter dated 30.11.2005 was given to him on30.12.2005. His Ist. appeal dated 4.1.2006 was rejected by JS(OL) on 20.1.2006. On his second appeal dated 14.2.2006 to the Central Information Commission, comments have been sent to the Commission on 30.3.2006.
