used in harsh environments and is certified for use

HiDACHiDACHiDACHiDAC----7777 is a multi-purpose data collector and
analyzer features advanced analysis techniques such
as Envelope and Cepstrum analyses beside FFT and
level detection. Other software modules can be
added to enable advanced features such as Dual
Channel Analysis, Transient Analysis, Startup/
Shutdown Test and Field Balancing. Up to 70 kHz
single channel or 25 kHz dual channel
measurement can be achieved. Signals as weak as
10 µV can be measured at high accuracy due to

10 µV can be measured at high accuracy due to
device multi-stage programmable amplifiers and
filters. The device is fully auto-range capable with
very fast settling time due to adoption of
HiDACHiDACHiDACHiDAC----7777 features 128MB program memory and 256MB onboard storage
memory. In addition, an SD ram can be used to increase the storage memory
up to any available size such as 8GB or even more. This allows saving of
huge amounts of machinery information and analyses data for long periods
of time without loss. The Cepstrum and Envelope techniques are very useful
to analyze roller bearing and gearmesh vibration problems.

resonance frequency can be detected,

The proposed device can perform these
tests and display the results as Bode, Nyquist, FFT waterfall
and Spectrogram.
