3Give exact instructions.The marzipan :

do strong syrup with the sugar and the water ON THE FIRE

Add the almond and stir strongly to form a paste

Leave to cool while drawing up the fresh yolk.

The sweet of yolk :Fire????? make strong syrup with sugar and water. Beat the yolks alone and add the syrup to trickle while it stirs. (You can do with the Blender).

Pour it back into the pot where the syrup has been done and COOK IT IN A DOUBLE BOILER , stirring until it thickens much. Be careful not to boil, since the cream can CURDLE. Leave to cool.

The chocolate: take the chocolate and melt in the fire
