• Receiving guests: use the QR code entry system. Please contact your office manager for information on how to use this service.

• Wifi: Wi-Fi is available in the reception areas, the ground floor communal areas and car park levels

• Restaurant: scheduled opening 2020 Q2• Retail units: indicated on map.

Scheduled opening 2020 Q2• Multifunctional room: Located on the ground floor of

the office building. Please contact your office manager for terms of use and connectivity options.

• Smoking: In the designated area in front of Tower A (on the Koszorúslány Street side), Five metres from the entrance.

• Rooftop running track: In Tower A and B, take the lift to the 8th floor, then take the stairs to the roof to access the track. Changing and shower facilities are located on level P2. Please note that the running track is to be used at your own risk. The running track is available solely to people who work in the office building.

• Bicycle storage facilities: On level P2 in Tower A and B.• Bicycle service station: In the bicycle storage area on

level P2.• Shower, changing room:

On level next to Tower B stairwell.• Electric car charge point: 21 double and

7 single stations on the car park floors. Please contact the building operator for information regarding usage.

• Other: shoe shiner machine, battery storage, water coolers located in reception areas.

The Budapest ONE Phase 1 office building can be accessed from Koszorúslány Street.

Whether you’re arriving from the greater metropolitan area or the city centre, you can reach Koszorúslány Street via the Budaörsi Road instersection.

When exiting the building at P1 level, turn left at the traffic lights onto the intersection for fast access to the city centre and metropolitan area. Turn right if you want to go towards Péterhegyi Road and Egér Road.

During the Phase 2 construction period, it is not possible to access the building from the other side.
