The property comprises a distribution warehouse

extending to 184,954 sq ft arranged in two interlinked

rectangular bays.

The building is of steel frame construction with a metal

profile roof and brickwork elevations. The roof is pitched,

incorporating translucent panels and provides minimum

The warehouse accommodation has dedicated loading

access to all four elevations with 27 dock level access

loading doors, the majority of which are covered, and six

roller shutter doors. There are three extensive canopies
