Daily vacuum cleaning is recommended. Prior™ can be cleaned with a high pressure water jet. For Forma™ we advise periodic cleaning by injection/extraction method.

Water temperature should not exceed 50°C. Cleaning frequency is related to foot traffic and soiling conditions.

Maintenance

Prior™ Forma™

Prior™ is a flexible multi-purpose flooring product. It can be installed as primary outdoor matting, fitted into matwells, or applied to a variety of industrial and commercial tasks.

The product structure incorporates resilient scrapers to remove particulate dirt. For outdoor applications, the open construction of Prior™ 16 is recommended for drainage.

The combination of the patented Obex® textile inserts with the exclusive design of the Prior™ module produces a revolutionary matting system - unequalled in performance and unique in aesthetics: Forma™The textile in Forma™ is constructed with two types of polyamide 6.6 high quality fibres:

• the multi filaments that capture moisture instantly when people walk on the mat.

• the mono filaments working as tough scrapers against dirt particles brought by shoes.

Obex®: great aesthetics with superior performance for your entranceObex® is a complete barrier matting system consisting of 3 coordinated products:

Prior™: a modular tile matting working as a primary scraper which can be placed outdoors or installed in a recessed matwell – in combination with Forma™.

Forma™: this highly functional modular matting concept scrapes and absorbs dirt and moisture, with superior

performance provided by the unique and patented Obex® textile construction.

Atrium Plus™: a secondary matting solution with the Obex® textile anchored on a long lasting nitrile rubber backing for individual loose laid mats, or combined with a PVC backing for long runners and wall to wall instal-lations. (Please refer to Atrium Plus brochure for more information.)

Product Constructions

Prior™ 16 and Forma™ 16Open construction for efficient drainage and storage of dirt and moisture. Product thick-ness is 16 mm for installation in recessed matwells. Suitable for sites with heavy soiling conditions where a regular deep cleaning maintenance regime is carried out.

Prior™ 11C and Forma™ 11CClosed construction to allow easy maintenance. The thickness of the product is 11mm for installation in shallow matwells or surface mounting directly on the subfloor, adjacent to any type of floor covering.

Prior™ 16C and Forma™ 16CClosed construction to allow easy and frequent maintenance. Product thickness is 16mm for installation in recessed matwells with high to extreme traffic conditions.

Edging systems for Prior™ and Forma™ A simple and easy to assemble PVC edging system is available for surface mounted installations.Where the floor base is flat and regular, a rigid aluminium profile is recommended for areas with a high number of footfalls and wheeled traffic going over the matting.
