Due to recent changes on the state 4-H level, all 4-H members will be required to pay a $10 fee for each child, starting January 1st, 2017.

Millard County will cover $2.00 of each child for insurance so your price will be $8.00 for each child. There is

no cost for Adult Volunteers.

This fee will cover: ~ Insurance ~ Online Fee ~ Enrollment Fee ~ Registration Fee ~ Background Check (Adults)
