Conclusion

Based on Fish bones process,- Meeting and talk with Project Manager with advise from network team- Decide to the best option and reliable of business needs with considering the cost

• Access @site solution. It’s VPN Tunnel solution (Based on Indonesia Infrastructure)Pros : No WAN cost, Low cost Implement, support SAP Print, IPT phones, E-mail, Files share. Cons : Support will be handled by Global IT team, need extra time for troubleshoot if any issues found
