Down in the deep South of Dunwoody, Georgia, a community of Jews, 150 families in all, were brought to greater heights and closeness to Hashem with the opening of their own mikvah. Simultaneously, a young mother was given a second chance at life.

This beautiful yet unique story occurred when Mikvah USA was working to build a mikvah in Dunwoody, GA. A sudden lack of funds resulted in a halt in the mikvah construction. A group of Brooklyn supporters collectively gave almost $10,000 to finish the mikvah as a zechus for a young mother, Altah Chayah Feigah bas Sarah Rochel, who was in a coma for weeks and hanging on to life.

On Sunday, April 18th, 2010, the Dunwoody, Georgia Mikvah had its chanukas habayis. Meanwhile, on that same day, the young mother, Altah Chayah Feigah bas Sarah Rochel, received her yeshua and came home.

As Yidden, we know that there are no such thing as coincidences. Thank you for helping us build Klal Yisroel... Hashem will surely repay your chasadim.

wouldn'T you wanT your children To succeed? How would you feel if their ability to become close to Hashem was challenged, and you didn't know enough to help?

With great mesirus nefesh, tens of thousands of our fellow Yidden across the United States are growing spiritually. They keep many mitzvos and want to raise families that are close to Hashem. Yet, a critical factor threatens the spiritual growth of their children. It is the lack of a mikvah.

Please use the enclosed envelope to contribute generously to one of our projects.

MAke A dIffereNCe.

These simchos are your simchos!

1. A baby boy was born to a couple from Redondo Beach, California. Married for more than six years, this unaffiliated couple had lost hope of ever having a child (their doctor said to “Forget it!”). Rebbitizin Mintz of our new Redondo Beach mikvah encouraged them to take on taharas hamishpacha as a zechus. B”H, three months ago, their adorable baby boy was born.

2. A beautiful baby boy was recently born to a mikvah user from our Yorba Linda, CA mikvah. The mother is one of the many newly committed mikvah users at this location (completed by Mikvah USA in 2008). After their first child was born, many years had passed and their hope of having a second had faded. They were urged to take on taharas hamishpacha. Not only did they become closer to Hashem with their new commitment to this mitzvah, but they recently had a beautiful baby boy.

To all of our supporters - May you be zoche to continue raising klal Yisroel to greater heights!

Mr. and Mrs. Joey Kaplan of Flatbush hosted a parlor meeting to benefit the new mikvah in Voorhees, NJ.

Rabbi Efraim Glassman, S’gan Menahel of Mesivta Torah Vodaath, hosted a parlor meeting in his home in February to benefit the Glendale, WI community Mikvah project.

Mr. and Mrs. Effy Landsberg of Flatbush opened their home on November 14th and hosted a parlor meeting to benefit Mikvah USA.

“He who donates (to build a mikvah which will bring families to taharah) will be blessed with all that he requires.”
