During the critical transition of a troubled asset, nothing is more important than securing and stabilizing the hotel and staff. We recognize the importance of quickly gaining control of the entire asset to minimize disruption of business. Our experience in hotel operations allows best practices to be implemented immediately for revenue growth, cost control and increased asset value. We will work with the franchisor, vendors, lessees, and others to ensure they are informed of the receivership status and maintain their partnership with the hotel if appropriate. All accounting services are performed by our in-house Certified Public Accountant, who also produces a monthly financial statement. We work closely with the appointed hotel brokers to ensure the hotel is presented to potential buyers in the most professional and positive light possible in order for the hotel to sell in a timely manner.
