Notes:
1. Valve data sheet shall be read in conjunction with technical notes of valves no. 6-44-0052.
2. All valves shall be provided with valve position indicator.3. Material Test certificates and Hydrotest reports shall be furnished prior to despatch.4. All tests shall be as per BS 6755,Part I.5. Stops shall be provided to ensure proper alignment of valve with ports and ensure proper
installation of wrench.6. Gland packing assembly shall permit repair of gland packing under full line pressure.7. Each valve shall be supplied with one wrench.8. All Valves shall be fire safe design. Fire safe test shall be as per BS 6755 Part-II.9. 100% valve castings shall undergo radiography examination.10. 10% of valve in each size shall undergo hydrostatic test of seat. Soft seat shall be
replaced after hydrostatic test. After this all valves shall be air tested.11. Bidder shall certify the suitability of valves for intended service conditions.12. Stem seal shall be renewable with valve open on Stream.13. Stem seal/ body seal materials shall be provided with corrosion inhibitor.14. Floating ball valve shall be provided with pressure equalisation seats to relieve the body
bonnet cavity pressure to the upstream side.15. All valves shall be bi-directional type.16. Painting of the valves shall be as per Manufacturer’s Standard.17. Detailed dimensional drawings showing cross-section with part numbers and materials
shall be submitted for approval.
