Assumptions & ExpectationsMicrosoft Consulting Services Makes the Following Assumptions

This discovery process will consider requirements from multiple agencies across the state that reflect a majority of the scenarios and requirements around cloud services.

Agencies with similar requirements can be organized into no more than six categories whose requirements will be considered as a group.

The project team will conduct discovery sessions with representatives from agencies representing the categories rather than representatives of all agencies.

The schedule for all discovery sessions will be determined within 10 business days of the project start date.

The agency representatives/roles identified to participate will prioritize attendance at the design sessions, the schedule for which will be set by CTS and MCS.

Agencies identified to participate will have prioritized business requirements

Next Steps

• Identify up to 10 agencies to interview for business requirements• Confirmed: DOH, DFW, DOC, HCA• Recommended: DSHS, DFI, ECY• Volunteers: (up to 3 more)

• Schedule interviews (2 hrs.):• June 23, 24, 30• July 1
