    Tailspin Toys have bought Software Assurance through a SelectPlus agreement and the SA is due for renewal. They want to renewthe SA and also buy some Online Services

    Woodgrove Bank have historically purchased through multiple Openagreements but want to consolidate their purchases now. Theirimmediate needs are to license approximately 600 users for Office 365

    Margies Travel have an expiring MOSA Subscription. They want torenew their Office 365 user licenses and refresh their infrastructure

    by purchasing some Windows Server 2012 R2 licenses

    Blue Yonder Airlines are headquartered in the US and areregistered in the US as a legal entity. Their Procurement

    department generally purchases software licenses, but there is aResearch department that would like to have the flexibility to maketheir own purchasing decisions. The UK branch office is a separatelegal entity but is wholly owned by Blue Yonder Airlines in the US,and they too would like to purchase software of their choice

    Blue Yonder Airlines sign an MPSA which allows them to set up

    three Purchasing Accounts reflecting their purchasing needs. Theychoose key personnel to manage each Purchasing Account on aday-to-day basis, and each Purchasing Account works withpartners of their choice
