Subject: Revalidation Sanction of funds for Construction of office Building of Br. MSME-01, Rayagada- sanction thereof

Sir,In continuation to this office letter of even No. dated 18.09.2012, I am to refer to

your letter No. 1253/T-5(8)/2003 dated 14.07.2012 on the above cited subject and to conveythe Administrative Approval and Sanction of the Competent Authority for incurring anexpenditure not exceeding Rs. 2,89,33,OOO/-(Rupees Two Crore Eighty Nine Lakh ThirtyThree Thousand) Only. An initial allotment of funds to the tune of Rs. 20.00 lakh & Rs. 175.00lakh has already been issued vide this office letter of even no. dated 29.03.2012 & 18.09.2012and additional allotment of funds amounting to Rs. 158.73 Lakh (Rs. One Crore Fifty EightLakh Seventy Three Thousand) Only has been made for construction of office Building of Br.MSME-DI, Rayagada during the year 2013-14 .

2. The details of expenditure to be incurred for this purpose are as under:

3. The work shall be carried out by the CPWD, Blrlubneswar as per the prescribed procedure4. Director, MSME-DI, Cuttack shall furnish the quarterly progress report of the work andalso expenditure incurred in consultation with CPWD authorities and ensure utilization of fundwith in the current financial year.5. This issues as per Dy. No.440/F-1/12 dated 07.09.2012 of the I.F.Wing on financialpower delegated to AS&DC «MSME) under Rule 126 (2) of GFR-200S and subsequent order ofAS&DC (MSME), note at file No. D-ll030/10(2)/MSME-DI/2010 dated 07.09.2012.
