Mi-Project

A program to procure projects under $3 million All projects will be fixed price, based on

deliverables and/or service levels Mi-Project replaces the current MVP program Existing MVP contracts will expire at their

contracted end date

Mi-Project Registration Form and Program Prerequisites

1.Bidders may submit one proposal for each posted Statement of Work.

2.Vendors must certify that they have three years experience in providing IT services in small to medium IT projects.

3.All bids are deliverable based, and all proposals are fixed, firm price.

4.Bids will be posted on the DMB Web site located at http://www.michigan.gov/doingbusiness/0,1607,7-146-6572---,00.html , only registered vendors may apply.

5.Bids will be posted on the DMB Web for 10-15 business days. All bids will be due to DMB at 3:00 pm on the posted due date. There will be a question and answer period, as well as the possibility of Pre-bid conference or Oral Presentations.

6.Vendors will have the right to appeal all decisions. The timeframe will be five (5) days from date of award.

7.Contracts will be for a maximum of thirty-six (36) months, no extensions, and a maximum dollar amount of $3,000,000.00. Maintenance services should be included for the life cycle of the solution.

9. Form DMB-285 will not be required. Bids should include a signed cover letter with bidder's company name, vendor ID number, and ITB number. Envelopes must have this information clearly marked on the outside.

10.Vendors must agree to all terms and conditions as revealed in the sample available on the DMB Web site, no exceptions will be allowed.

11.Vendors must complete the Certifications and Representations document and return to DMB with the registration form.

12.If an award is made, your company must submit a current Certificate of Insurance to DMB Purchasing Operations prior to the start date of the contract.

13.By signing this registration form, I request that my company is included in the MI- Project program I certify that I have read and agree to the above terms of the program: I am authorized by my company to enter into this agreement.
