MEKA ULTRA-FINE MATERIAL SCREENMEKA Ultra Fine Material Screening equipment work with a patented chaotic frequancy vibration system.
The body of the screen vibrates with an amplitude of 0.5 - 1 mm and screening cloth with 3-6 mm am-plitude. Vibromotors starts the vibration through the body of the machine to MEKA system by exciting/exaggregating the vibration.
The resulting chaotic vibration causes the material on the cloth to boil/dance to get a high efficiency screening.

MEKA ULTRA-FINE MATERIAL SCREENMFMS Series micronized material screens cloth system works with “free impact system” to increase the capacity and eliminate the blinding.
High-efficiency vibrating screening systems are ideal for dry, fine materials.
