Product Summary

This product is intended for the use of Tourist Visitors to the Republic of Mexico, driving their owned automobiles, motorcycles/ATVs and Motorhomes/RVs into Mexico. Vehicles registered, licensed and plated in Mexico and Mexican Nationals residing in Mexico do not qualify for this coverage. However Mexican Nationals are afforded coverage under this policy provided they are residents in the USA or Canada with a current Green Card and a valid US or Canadian drivers license. Vehicles towing trailers or boats must list the towed units in order for coverage to be in effect. Customers can purchase Annual, 6 Month or Daily coverage, depending upon their needs. Annual and 6 Month policies have two Territory selections, Full or Limited. Depending upon how far into Mexico the customer will travel, we offer a more competitive priced product for customers who arent traveling further than our Limited Territory. Plan A is our Limited Territory. Plan B is our Full Territory. Plan C is our Daily Full Territory. Please review the Territory Map for details. Rates are based upon the Drivers Age, Vehicle Value (including all towed units), Territory and Policy Term selected. You will need to gather accurate information to obtain the correct premium. Available Coverages and Insurable Risks: Risk 1: Collision, Turnover, and Glass Breakage Risk 2: Total Theft, and Natural Disasters Risk 3: Bodily Injury Liability and Property Damage Liability Risk 4: Medical Expenses For Occupants Risk 5: Legal Expenses VIP Package: Vandalism (Ded 2% of ACV Minimum $200) & Partial Theft Coverage (Ded 5% of ACV Minimum $400) Tour Aid: Medical Assistance, Roadside Assistance, and Legal Assistance (Provided by SafeMex) Trailer, Boat, Personal Watercraft coverage is applicable only while they are attached to the towing vehicle listed on the Certificate. Quoting / Purchasing Coverage: We have two ways to purchase your Sun Coast Qualitas Mexico Tourist coverage:

1. Quote/Bind/Print Certificates from our website www.SunCoastInsurance.com, or; 2. Quote on FSC (AZ, CA, NV) and bridge to our Sun Coast eApp Bridge. See our FSC Users Guide, available for

download at our website under Producer Downloads. Completing The Transaction: The Qualitas Certificate and Tour Aid Certificate will print after completion of the upload. You and the Customer must sign the Certificate. Give the customer a copy of the Qualitas and Tour Aid Certificates, the Qualitas and Tour Aid Policy Wording & the How To Handle An Accident information sheet. Three days from the upload we will sweep your authorized EFT account. Do not mail us the Certificate; this is a producer paperless process. You will retain all original signed documents in your file. No further documentation will be mailed to the customer. All policies will be available on our website for your review. If your company is not setup for EFT with us, please download the EFT Agreement from the Get Appointed link on our Homepage at www.SunCoastInsurance.com. This will prevent you from having to mail us a copy of the Certificate with your check for the gross premium. You have 72 hours to postmark the premium payment if you are not setup on EFT.

Territory Map: The GREEN shaded areas indicate the Limited Territory for the Annual Policy. The Limited Territory consists of the US Border States of Baja California Norte and Sur, Chihuahua, Sonora, Coahuila, Nuevo Leon, and Tamaulipas. The Full Territory covers the entire Republic of Mexico as indicated by the GREEN and YELLOW shaded areas.
